I presented Junior with a particular challenge. I had a 2 car asphalt driveway. I wanted to expand it to three car with pavers. I also had a small pond near the house, a narrow walkway going to the drive way. I have MS and eventually I will be in a wheel chair. At first I wanted a circular drive cause I am on a corner, but Junior took the time to explain to me legally I can't do certain things I wanted (appreciate he was very interested in doing it the right way). He saw that we could expand to a three car drive way, remove steps on the walk way, and expand it to fit a future wheel chair, while sloping to get rid of steps.
Considering all of the challenges with getting materials, it was delivered in the time frame stated. Also, due to massive inflation, the job ended up costing him more than expected, but didn't pass a penny more than quote onto the job. I am extremely happy with job and experience.

Deco Concrete recently completed a new driveway for me and was extremely pleased with the outcome. Joander Torres explained in detailed fashion regarding the process of removal and installing the driveway. I was referred by my neighbor who had their driveway done. They provide a quote which my spouse had to be present. They require contract signed at visit with deposit. Most companies will allow to follow up the following day which you have time read fifty percent cancel of contract. My design was different from what I signed off. I was charged sod because the city required on the city line. Patio was concrete over sprinklers line. Take your time to read through the contract and get multiple quotes from competitors.

I'm very satisficed with the service provided by Deco Concrete, Inc. in my home. They built a double drive-parking spaces with two new driveways and sidewalk (in the City area). The pavers were well installed and my home looks nicely. I recommend this Company if you want do do a job like this in your property. Company is losing money after their customer found out they were getting over charged and they are scrambling to try and make a quick buck

While I ended up not working with them, Steve Voss proved to be super responsive and very professional. He came highly recommended and my interactions with him proved the recommender right. In the end I did put off the work and will probably do a smaller remodeling. But I thought very highly of the way they handled the budgeting and the ideas they provided.
