TERRIBLE QUALITY. The building quality is absolutely horrible and the materials are the cheapest ones you can possibly imagine. This company also DECEIVES customers by HIDING issues and forcing them to accept a faulty house if under contract.
Do not be fooled by the model homes, look at the ones they actually built and compare them with other builders. It is a BIG MISTAKE to purchase a CC Home. It has been a nightmare to deal with them.
Do yourself a favor and go with another builder.

It was such a fun and exciting experience to build my first home with CC Homes. From deciding on the floor plan and lot location to choosing the finishes from the design studio with help from their great designers. I love the location of our home on a quiet street and all the landscaping around us. If you are looking for a builder who offers choices and is hands on and local and really cares to build well for clients, this is a good choice.

Dream Home to Nightmare Home! Steer clear of new construction with Cc homes! I Do not recommend them to anyone. My experience building a home with cc homes has been horrific. They are CHEAP. They do not do quality work or build quality homes. Do not waste your hard earned money with them, you deserve better. Why pay a million plus dollars and not get a million dollar quality? All you will get is sloppy work. I have spoken to several neighbors in my community who are also not happy with the quality of work done. We have had several issues with our homes. To name a few….I have had problems with MOLD (they just painted over it and it grew back), to floors coming apart, to cracked counter tops. CC homes refused to fix some of these issues even though they offer a 60 day post move in walkthrough and a year warranty. They are too cheap to fix their mistakes. They made every excuse to not do right by my family and I.
Imagine being 8 months pregnant to find mold on your new home after only living there for a few days. When I complained they were very rude and completely insensitive. Especially their site manager Francisco Lara. He was extremely arrogant and unprofessional. Absolutely no help at all.
On top of being cheap, the homes and neighborhoods are poorly designed. Many aspects of their designs are not functional for daily living. My fridge door hits my microwave and hits the wall if opened all the way. Garbage trucks and delivery trucks can not fit through the poorly designed front gate. The list goes on….
Save yourself the headache and the heartache. Don’t make the mistake we did. Spending months going back and forth with a company like cc homes that doesn’t care about its customers. They take your money and move on. Our previous home was a new build by Lennar. I can say Lennar treated us with much more respect. They wanted us to be happy with our purchase. We had very few issues with Lennar and All issues were addressed in a timely manner.
To my fellow hard working citizens of the world. You can do better than CC homes. You deserve better. Make your dreams come true elsewhere

Do not trust the five stars reviews as I have confirmed one was done by their customer service manager- Tavel . I bought my home from Cc Homes within four months I had a roof leak. On moving in we discovered cracked tiles on the roof, doorbell not working and had issues with the front door. The lock was not holding they had to change the lock twice. They had to replace or repair over four windows as they were not able to lock once we opened them. The Jack and Jill bathroom is above the main dining room and the pipes have no insulation you can hear the toilet flushing and if anyone is using the bathroom, you’ll hear it in your dining room. When I spoke to their area manager, I was told that on the owner to add insulation.
I bought an upgraded carpet, however got The worst ever recycled padding as you walk on it you feel hard areas or spots that squeak. I was sold a home that I was told would be in a gated community however I am still waiting to be in a gated community.
I lost so much work time and income as I had to be home so many times for all these repairs you would think I bought a fixer-upper.
They have wonderful sales representatives do not be fooled by that!
They work with trading partners that provide poor workmanship and you will definitely be unhappy with your purchase.

Our home’s completion went great! We noticed just a few things to fix at the walkthrough before closing, and then everything was made perfect for us. Very happy to have chosen CC Homes. We love our new home.

I purchased a brand new constructed home from CC homes 2 years ago. Today we come to find out that their poor workmanship has costed the integrity of the home. The installation of the windows and failure to seal them properly has caused a massive rain water leak into the home. This leak has now started growing mold. This also happens to be my daughters bedroom.
As you know mold can be very unhealthy and even deadly. Cc homes claims to not offer any structural warranty for more then a year, and is not owning up to their negligence. This is do to poor workmanship and out right sloppiness.
I will also be filing a report with the better business bureau as well. Incidents like this are truly just not right nor acceptable . See pictures below.
I would recommend finding a more suitable builder for Florida weather and if you care about the longevity of your home run the other direction from this builder.

To all perspective buyers: Please, stay away! I purchased a new house in March, 2025 and I've had so many problems! There are so many defects as well as many larger issues! Their customer service department had the gall to say I ruined the defective trim in a bathroom. The 2nd bath's trim was so bad, I wanted to cry! I literally had nothing but problems with this house since I moved in August, 2025. There are good builders out there,! Do your due diligence,! Stay far away from this builder if you want to keep your sanity!!!

I highly recommend this company, they are very professional and efficient, they completed our driveway on time and with no problems.

Work is good however u have to micromanage the workers, ask them to fill in the cracks with sand that the workers missed and they never came back. Show pictures and even stated to the worker they missed some spaces and they just left.

This company does not return phone calls. I called them twice and left messages no one calls back. Could you imagine if you contracted with this company and had a question or problem. I would not do business with a company that doesn't call back.

It was a fantastic experience from beginning to ending, Maria took care of scheduling the appointment with the salesman and from there on it was an easy ride, Gus understood my design for our backyard and delivered beyond my expectations, they took care of all the permits and the customer service was fantastic, the job was done beautifully and we couldn't be more satisfied!

This company is not great. I would not hire Deco again to do a paver install. The manager / owner / marketing perosn said it will look "Perfect." which it doesn't. First of all the labor crew arrived late just about about every day, often after 10am. How can you plan anything when crews show up late? Often they would arrive, and then leave early. My wife had several disagreements about their quality, and the ground crew argued with her constantly. My wife is easy going...The paver spaces have 1/4 inch gaps in about a dozen or more spots, which leaves something to be desired in terns of appearance and whether it will hold up, or whether sand will leak out over time. We were concerned since the paver style we chose already has a beveled edge to it. He said it will look "perfect" once done which it isn't. We pointed out areas that were not level in which water was pooling in the sides of the deck. They would not fix it. The owner hounded us to pay in full even before they were done, which is illegal. The owner complained that he would have to come back to pick up his payment and he had "a dozen" jobs that needed tending to. Why does that matter to me? Deco tore up the yard with their Bobcat leaving trenches where the wheels were, after promising to level everything out. They also left their concrete spread across the lawn around the house, they would not clean it up, saying the grass will grow fine right through it. Is that true, I don't know...They left materials all over the street as well. They left blocks, rebar etc around our home, the contract said they would clean up but they didn't. Pretty poor customer service and craftmanship. I would caution against using them if you have choices. There are LOTS of companies that would love to have this business but I sure wouldn't go with this one.

I contracted this company last year to put in a new stamped concrete driveway. Within 6 months the border lost its color and coating. How can stamped concrete lose its color within 6 months? I have been trying to resolve this issue since August receiving the requisite excuses, it's rainy season, Gus will get back to you. I spoke with Gus personally about 2 weeks ago, still no one has looked at the driveway. Today I called again, received an answering service and was told no one was available to take my call. I'm at the point to seek legal recourse. I wouldn't recommend this company based on the customer service from the owner and his staff. He's quick to come and write a contract but to repair his work, he forgets you exist.

Someone came to my house, took measurements, and never followed up with a quote.

Deco Concrete did an amazing job on my patio I could not have picked a better company to trust with this project, They completed the patio in record time with no hassle, Jessenia and Gus are true professionals and I would recommend them to all my friends and Family
