PLEASE AVOID THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH NO SERVICE NO BODY RETURNS A CALL. NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE TO HELP . ITS A JOKE . ALL I GET IS THREATS AND PRESSURE TO CLOSE WHEN ITS CONVENIENT FOR THEM . TRY CALLING THE CLOSING AGENT ITS A JOKE

Time to build was not precise, but everyone involved was pleasant and kind, explaining the process and what to expect. Great builder.

My first home is a CC Homes developed home. Iam pleased. Now that my family is growing. I'm excited to work with CC Homes again in the future.

Unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and inexperienced sales staff. Watch your back if you chose to deal with them. Cute houses, but the location does not warrant the pricing. Experienced very shady sales tactics.

They claim big on their website to understand the unique needs & dreams of each family, offering a lasting bond, dreams fulfilled, memories made; unfortunately all of that is the same old sales pitch including the end game i.e. how to make more money from you with everything less from them.

Extremely happy with our new home! We waited a bit for it but it was definitely worth the wait!! Our home was well designed and came out exactly how we envisioned and planned!

What a negative experience we had today at the "VIP Event" for Marbella in Miramar.
With everything in place to close the business, we decided to walk away from this builder because of the unnecessary rudeness, lack of customer service skills and professionalism.
Such a bad attitude from the saleslady Liseth to sell us a $700,000 house, that ended up basically telling us she had too many clients waiting in line and it was not her fault.
We understand we are 'just one more' but don't be so obvious.

After reviewing multiple builders in the area CC homes stood out for its professionalism and quality. I look forward to proceeding with my inquiry and ultimately building my dream home for my family using this builder.

The watchword of this company is lack of integrity!! they are mediocre, evasive of their responsibility, our entire block has serious structural problems that can easily trigger a health emergency due to the rotting of the grasses due to the stagnation of water, the excess of flies and frogs because of this is simply disgusting, it is a a place where there are children who have to play among the puddles of retained water because the minds of those who run this company are so petty and poor that they justify themselves in each stone, chair, air, sun, rain, so as not to recognize their mediocre incompetence and not solving their ineptitude because they charge for something apparently beautiful that is just a bubble that falls apart just by seeing every detail of your house and your neighborhood. If you want to enjoy a purchase as important as your home, stay away from this company because where there is no integrity, no empathy for children to grow up in healthy environments there is nothing!

Best build quality in South Florida for a non custom home. I've had several happy clients purchase their homes from CC Homes and when it's time to re-sell, they've always enjoyed solid appreciation.

Horrible builder. We just purchased a million dollar plus home in Grey Oaks, Naples. There were many problems with the home prior to closing. From the superintendent to the designer and up to a Vice President, they treated us like the enemy. They even lie to justify their position. This is the second brand new home we have purchased in the past 2 years so we know how a good builder conducts business. Stay away from CC Homes!

Very poor workmanship at our home built by CC Homes. And they failed to respond to address the issues. They didn’t even install the correct closets or some of the upgrades we paid for. I would strongly recommend against purchasing a home from this developer. There is a reason they don’t want you to have a professional at the final walk-through. Buyer beware!

incredible homes, excellent value!!! I have purchased several homes over the past 20 years, but this experience by far has been the best! The design of the homes is outstanding with the high ceilings ,and many big windows . From the sales people George and Michelle to the designers Linda and MJ they all made me feel so special. The construction superintendent Josue paid attention to every detail! They offered me three walk throughs and kept me informed at every stage. I just moved in last month into their Maple ridge community which is a gorgeous community and it is a very family oriented everyone is so nice. I am so happy with my home!! Thank you CC home !

Brand new Home, waited 20 months for CCHomes, CCDevco Construction to build it. For the Walkthrough a page was not enough for the touch ups, repairs, replacement, and installation to be listed. Closing at the beginning of the month, today the end of the month and only one installation done.. Washer was not properly installed and had to call the manufacturer and waited for two weeks for a tech to come.. This is the second part of the nightmare. Simple they are the worst builder and their Customer service representative Ernesto is the rudest person. Lack of professionalism, communication among contractors and contractors such as Oscar Air Condiditioner that work 8:30 to 4:30 Monday to Friday with no after hour service for AC repairs.

If possible I would give this company a Zero rating. The reason why is because a lot of aspects with the house we have problems. From the design center didn't offer some of the options and discover many upgrades available were never offered to us. The construction workers drinking beer on the jobsite, leaving food container and drinks inside the house. We have problems with the plumbing, some showers don't drain properly, drywall is not finished, pin holes all over the outside of the house stucco, tile work is garbage and there is no pride of workmanship. The supervisors are not doing their job. I regret purchasing this home. Its been a nightmare. They tried to justify every problem and it comes down to just poor quality work and poor supervision on the job site from CC Homes employees to the various subcontractors they use.

To put it simply without having to write an essay on all the items they poorly executed, the company is full of third rate employees. Don’t expect to be impressed. Their projects look descent and they have nice floor plans, but that’s it. Rest assured the contract you’re signing is screwing you in every way possible, completely protects them even from their own incompetency, and leaves you with no recourse to make them perform/do the right thing. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail are concepts they don’t understand, they will even lie to you about why they can’t fix their own screw ups. I will never buy from them again. If you think I am just an angry past customer, let me help you. Before you sign, go to one of their communities and drive around, ask the buyers who have closed what their experience has been like, see how many satisfied customers you find……do your due diligence.

Positives: nice floor plans and elevations, lots of finish options, Oscar with sales is an absolute stellar professional. But execution of what you’re sold on is poor.

Quality of build is terrible. Our upstairs windows were not sealed correctly and put together poorly, because of this the inside of our dry wall was full of water. One Window was not even sealed at all! When we called the builders that are still in Ave Maria and they are not selling to come and help. Not to mention this builder only offers a one year warranty on new homes. I WILL NEVER live in another house built by this terrible contractor

NO I WILL NOT CALL you can respond to my husbands review which is below mine. He showed proof of what we are dealing with. Also we have called before writing this review. what will change now? During our walk through after pointing out the poor calking job done we where assured that the windows where installed properly. I truly feel bad for the rest of the hard working families that have trusted CC homes to provide a healthy dwelling. giving this home is only 2 years old and about to face a hurricane CC homes can not be trusted to build healthy and safe homes. Ave Maria is a large and fast growing community in a very wet and hurricane impacted area and the structural integrity of each of those homes is most likely comprised. This also includes any of the homes built in Naples and Southwest Florida.

CC assisted in building my new home in South Florida, and they were an absolute pleasure to work with. I've built a few homes in my lifetime, and this was easily our best experience. From beginning to end, everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them for your next home.
