We had been back and forth on Stamped concrete and pavers and the amount of patience Maria and Joander had was outstanding. Their customer service was unparallel and I had called some other companies who never even showed up. We are still in the midst of making this decision due to budget constraints so I can't attest to their workmanship but I have a good feeling they are amazing. If you are like me who will disregard a company due to a lack of reviews don't. They definitively deserve a call.

I have used Mr. and Mrs. Torres from Deco Concrete on several projects; they are very detail-oriented and straight to the point. They are not the cheapest and they don't want to be, as their work speaks volumes of their professionalism and dedication to the small details. They have since become friends and would continue to work with them in the future.

After dealing with multiple quotes we decided to go with Deco concrete. They were very professional during the negotiation and design process and started as planned. My only complaint was the lack of follow up after I called two times to let them know the pavement had a hole in it after it dried. They told me two times they would come and fix it and I never heard back from them.

I can't attest to how good their contractors are because due to affordability, I had to hire another company. However, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of knowledge and customer service the manager, Maria, demonstrated. She not only answered all my questions with patience and consideration, she spent over 45 minutes, explaining all the details that I didn't know about. I was so grateful for her patience and time with me. This is so unusual and above the average service we are used to in Miami. Sorry I didn't get a chance to see their work. I noticed there are 2 Deco Concrete in Miami and I hope I am posting for the correct company.

Our driveway had space for 6 cars, but only had a paved parking space for 1 car. Cue Deco Concrete, they came out inspected the site, made measurements, explained the process and timeline in detail. I gave them half down for deposit, they said “see you in October” and left. We’re Public Adjusters, so we have been out of town dealing with Hurricane Ian claims. The man called and said “we’re pouring your driveway today” i was in Fort Myers, i came home finally yesterday to see that they had completed my driveway, that it looks awesome a big improvement over dirt, they left the work area clean. Gotta say i’m thrilled, i told them what i wanted and they delivered exactly what i ordered on time on budget without any issues. Well worth price to get quality work and quality service. Thanks !

Deco's team came in and helped me complete my vision.

Not only did they come in to replace my old tattered driveway and patio, but they explained how it could be done better, and came up with an additional decorative section to add some flare.

In addition, they were able to include an area for my dogs with artificial grass as well. That helped me save money, reduce the number of people to deal with, and created a seamless transition from one area to the next.

In the end, they were efficient, communicative and kept to the agreed timeline. It's nice dealing with a family owned operation; when you have a question, you get the answer right away.

We have a very odd shaped lot and driveway but Jr came up with a design that worked perfectly and he worked with the city to get code exceptions. They did the demo quickly, built the frames and completed the project on time. We are extremely happy with the end result.
