Jon Hall was AMAZING!!! We arrived in Florida on Christmas Eve to no hot water which continued through the Holiday. Called Jon the day after Christmas for help and he literally spent 30 minutes on the phone with me trying to trouble shoot the problem and save me a service call. This was my first experience with him. He did ultimately need to come onsite on the same day and was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He fixed the problem in no time for a reasonable amount. Will use for any future issues!!! Thanks Jon!!!!

When our sub main breaker kept popping out of nowhere we called Excel Electrical Group because they are local and had great reviews. Best decision ever because Karen and her team were quick to get us on the calendar asap. Brusner came out to assess the situation and after troubleshooting a few things he had us up and running again in record time. He was professional and took the time to explain the situation to me in simple terms so I could then relay that information to my husband. In a world where people are quick to overcharge or take advantage, the team at Excel Electrical raises the bar and executes the project with professionalism, kindness, and expertise. To be honest, I hope I don’t have to call them for help again, however, if the need should arrive I’ll definitely be calling Excel Electrical Group! 10/10 would recommend to friends & neighbors!!

I had to take the time to write an incredible review for Excel electrical group! We had an emergency with my father as he is elderly and Karen in the offic, told me she would do everything she could to help! I received a phone call a couple of hours later that they would send Brusner to look at the electrical issues, my father was encountering. Brusner identified the issue and the job was completed in one hour. My elderly father called Karen at Excel to let them know how exceptional Brusner is. He said he can go on & on with the accolades. If anyone has any electrical issues? I 100% recommend Excel. I have been using them for 18 years and they do everything they can to assist as soon as possible. We cannot thank them enough!!!

Excellent service, which is hard to find nowadays. The company’s prices are higher than some competitors, but it’s well worth it. John was detail oriented during the quote, and took the time to talk through exactly what would be done before I chose Excel to perform the work. Additionally, the work reflected exactly what was told to me during the quote. No shortcuts and John and Tyler ensured everything was done right. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent Experience with Excel Electric!We recently needed to upgrade our electric panel from 125 amps to 200 amps so we could charge our Tesla. We got several estimates, but we had a really good feeling about John, the project manager from Excel Electric — and we were right!

The whole process went smoothly, and the crew did an excellent job. The installation looks clean and professional. We did have a small issue afterward, but John came out right away and fixed it with no questions asked. That level of customer service is rare these days.

Homeserve from FPL sent Kings electric to replace the electricity pipe to my house. A couple of months later I noticed a leak in my laundry room which is right below it. They came back twice, only to fillled underneath with foam which did nothing. I now have 4x3 roof damage right around it and I need to replace all that because a BAD JOB they did. Note I did not choose these people. They are now saying I need a roofer. All because of what THEY DID! IT was your job. You installed the electric pipe, you sealed it incorrectly and now I am stuck with a huge problem. Shame on you.

I am beyond pleased with the extensive work I had done today. From the estimate stage to completion, Ralphie was professional and made certain that I understood every step. His work was impeccable and he left the job immaculate when he left. The company was honest and fair and I am extremely satisfied. I will continue to use Kings Electrical for any jobs I need.

My kitchen overhead fluorescent light had gone out. I was contacted by Kings. That same day, they sent an electrician (Xavier). He checked out the light and my electrical box. He noticed that I had no surge protection. He gave me 3 alternative choice on how and what to fix. He put in surge protection and a new light. Well done!

I had a wonderful experience using Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning. Jason was the technician that came to my home and he was extremely professional, kind and courteous. Overall, Jason went above and beyond to accommodate me and make my new home all the more enjoyable. Kings is luck to have a technician as thorough as Jason.

Quality of work was good, tech was good. However, initial price quote of no more than $350.00 jumped to $750.00 once on site (double what was estimated on phone) even though I provided a full description of what I needed and pictures of everything upfront. I wound up paying $400.00 so not happy with price. While I understand a company's need to upsell, it is not appreciated when on a budget. They also did not bring the materials required and had to leave to go get them. Again, they were provided pictures of everything. The tech said he never saw them.

We added a new refrigerator, and realized that we needed to have a dedicated electrical line to support it. I called King's and they sent someone out the same day for a quote, and we scheduled the service.
They came on time, did the job quickly with a minimum of disturbance to the drywall, and cleaned up. Very professional. we will use them again.

Jude showed up AM today. We had some electrical outlets in the kitchen that went out. It was $89 to come out, (Which is ok) but he wanted $596 to repair the outlets. He didn't even check the breakers which was what was so hilarious about what he wanted to charge. He said they only charge a FLAT rate and wouldn't let me talk to his supervisor. He said I could call the shop. I will be filing a BBB Complaint as well. I gave them there $89 and told Jude I would no longer do business with this company.

Update to Company response. Your tech knew good and well it was a fast fix. Just got it done with another company for $195. FLAT RIP OFF RATE? I own a home remodeling company as well. Shame on you!

Jason was great. He arrived on time and was ready to get started as soon as he walked in. He was courteous and professional. His estimate for how long the job would take was right on. He left the work area clean and neat. We are relieved to have a new panel in place and can stop worrying about the old breakers failing. We would not hesitate to use Kings and Jason in the future.

The technician, Nick, arrived at my house shortly after I spoke with the owner of the company on the phone. He was clean, well dressed and courteous. The kind of person one doesn't mind having in their home. Nick showed me what needed to be done and it made perfect sense the way he detailed it. He gave me an estimate which was a bit high, but brought it down after speaking with his boss. The work was scheduled for the next day but when he arrived it was raining and he told me he would come back on Monday, which I could understand. A few hours later, without any input from me, the problem fixed itself and now everything is back to normal again. I am going to cancel the appointment for Monday, but because of the professionalism Nick displayed I plan on calling Kings for future projects that I will be undertaking soon.

Excellent experience! Every employee was well mannered, bright, punctual and above all, very knowledgeable. Owner, John Galina, supplied the oversight and managed the job only as an owner that participates full time can do. I am a very satisfied customer.

Let me start by saying that it’s almost impossible to put in words how satisfied I am with the service that Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning provided. From the moment I called and spoke with Lauren, their level of customer service is beyond professional and simply put excellent. Then to having Nick, our technician, to change our electrical panel and it was all just a great experience! Hands down I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Recently needed to have power restored too two bathroom outlets with a GFI put I place. Jason was the technician that did the work. He was very pleasant and made sure he stayed away at proper distance..

Brian from Kings Electric was wonderful! He hung two fans for us in no time at all. He also installed a surge protector and fixed our outdoor lighting. Such a professional! On time, cleaned up after himself, and did a fantastic job. The price was extremely fair, and he was up front with all the costs before starting any work! We finally found a great company with Kings and are so happy to use Brian for all our electrical needs!!
