I needed to have my electrical panel replaced. I got quotes from several electricians. Kings Electric was competitively priced. I scheduled with Lauren and had the work completed by Nick in a timely manner. They were great to deal with and did an excellent job.

I met John (the owner) and Ralphie and had a great experience each time. They are courteous, professional, and efficient. I feel we paid a fair price and received top-quality work. They also offer services such as email/text when a technician is on the way, a link to check how close your tech is to arriving, etc. that make things even more convenient. I'd definitely recommend them!

More than happy with Kings elect. Actually Kings was my second choice but after talking with the other company who gave me a two day finish schedule .I contacted Kings and they promise one day and match the price. To be honest I didn't believe they would.But it was completed on time as promise and done right.The staff was kind and very
professional. If you need electrical work done not only right but fast this is the company you need to consider.

My air conditioning broke in my office. I called another company and they came but didn't fix it. They said they'd come back in an hour but never did. I called king and spoke with Emily. I explained how desperate I was and how hot and uncomfortable my staff was. She sent her technician Phil who arrived in fifteen minutes! The company is so well run, they text and email you the bio on the tech that's coming. They send a link so you can check the distance to see exactly where the technician is and how much longer it will be before he arrives. When Phil showed up, he was so pleasant and professional. He knew what was wrong in five minutes. He was very honest and said I might need a new part soon but he was able to fix it for now.

I will always call them first if I have any A/C or electrical needs.

My pool heater was not working. The technician quickly diagnosed the problems. I was rectified one problem. The technician and office staff ordered the parts and returned in 5 days to complete the job. The job site was left clean. They are a very professional and capable company.

This company is awesome I was desperately in need of a good electrician and I literally cold called them. Their office was extremely responsive and quick to try and resolve my air conditioner and electrical issues. I’d like to give a special thank you to the owner John G. for personally coming out to my home after other electricians were unable to find the problem. I would also like to thank Lauren for all her help as well. This business is owned by a small family and they try very hard to keep their customers extremely happy!

After 2 years of dealing with condensation of the A/C returns and humid home environment. We received numerous costly estimates and repairs from other professionals. Kings Electric was the only one that completely resolved all the homes issues. We are so happy with the results.

Because of their level of professionalism, we will be using them for ceiling fan installation as well as AC service contract. We would recommend to anyone looking for a trusted company. We were referred to them by Duke Power. That should say something. Ralphie was our pro who took care of us......top notch!

From beginning to end of the project Kings Electric was professional & responsive. The company was recommended to me by a friend. The price was over 3 times less than another quote I received. Jason, the electrician who did the work, was on time, professional, friendly & neat. Kings should find a way to clone him! I will use Kings again & will recommend the company to others.

Robert was professional and thorough with Solving the problem with my air condition.
Robert was Patient and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He also gave suggestions on how to keep the air condition running efficiently. I felt that Robert went beyond his normal job responsibilities to make sure that I saved money toward the services he provided. With me being on a fixed income that was extremely helpful.

Although they solved the problem, it was very evident what it was. One circuit breaker was replaced in the panel. The tech was on site about 2.5 hours for reasons unknown to me. The proposal and invoice are very vague about what was done. I was told by another electrician that the problem should have been found and corrected in about 30 minutes. Considering this, the price was outrageous. After reading the review from Jon Lewis, it's interesting that my problem was basically the same and the price was the same. Mr. Lewis was smart enough to walk away, I unfortunately did not. I definitely would not recommend this company.

My AC was leaking and Kings is my go-to company. Ms. Lauren set my appointment as right away. I received an early appointment and Mr. Gonzolo was at my house within 2 hours, maybe less. Not only did he fix my issue, he taught me about preventative steps to keep my AC running without leaks or any other issues. I really am thankful for an honest company such as Kings. Will continue to do business with them for the foreseeable future!

Best value after quoting other major competitors. They were incredibly accommodating, fast (came within the hour), isolated the problem, replaced the faulty breaker, and restored our much needed air conditioner. The home office communicates well with the clients as well as the field officers and uses technology effectively to place the two in touch. I knew a lot about my technician before he even arrived. The notifications built trust and made me feel safe as a woman being alone with a stranger working on the house. GREAT COMPANY! Highly recommend. Nick did an excellent job!

I keep going back to Kings Electric for any type of service since they are always great and do an amazing job. This is my 3rd time reaching out to them. Their tech Ralphie once again serviced my home and it was nothing but perfect. He is every knowledgeable and experienced. Will recommend them for any type of electrical service.

Just blown away about the service I received today. This is a great company and the communication was fantastic. Robert was very professional and super friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely giving this company more of my business and I highly recommend them for any AC and electrical needs for anyone.

I have some serious issues with LAUREN. They did a horrible job back in 2023.. it was a cottage in back of my house they charged me $5000 for a rewiring to cottage through Home Serve. They paid half. Ok great right? Then I had another electrical problem some months later with an outlet in my home and Lauren literally told me it would be a high rate if they were to come out and look. I had received a credit card kwikComfort financing through Kings Electric n AC. After paying off most of it by now. I have a brand new air conditioner central air n handler that I need to put in, but I'm afraid of the cost because of this LAUREN whom still works there. She is definitely a person whom is greedy n doesn't care about the bad reviews she gets. I guess the company keeps here there for this reason as well. So here I am with NO central air this summer even with the funds to have it put in. I'm scared bc I'm 64 recovering from 3rd stage lung cancer and alone. It's quite sad when they know about Laurens ruthfulness!

Scheduling a service call was very easy and I was happy that I could schedule the repair the same day. The electrician let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and quickly diagnosed that my problem was not actually an electrical wiring problem like I thought. Everything was very professional. The price was fair. I am going to thank my neighbor that recommended Kings to me.

King has done another fabulous job at my second property.. Always the most professional staff, who don't leave until the job is done!

I had a fantastic experience with Kings Electrical and Air Conditioning. I had emergency meter work that needed to be done. I called them on a Friday and got an appointment for Monday morning. Once I got a quote on the work and set up another appointment, work began immediately and was done the same day. The work in question was for bad meter blocks, meter box replacement. The price was extremely reasonably, and competitive. Communication was excellent. The technician that did the work was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Kings will be the first place I call if I need work done in the future.

Sometimes you get lucky when you use a new vendor. Such was the case with King's Electricians. Ralphie was everything I could have hoped for in a service technician. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable, patient, efficient and thorough. I would not only hire him again, I have done just that, contracting for more services. I have seen higher prices for the same service, and have also seen lower prices. I felt the price I was charged was a fair one for the service I needed. I would highly recommend this company.
