I’m really happy with the work they provided. The whole process was really smooth, from Anna helping me schedule the appointment to Bryan actually doing the work. Bryan was really knowledgeable about his craft and understood exactly what I wanted and explained to me the process and made sure I was aware of how the installation was going to work at all times. I have a couple more quotes on a few more jobs I need in the house and will definitely be using them again for those. Great job!

We have been using Kings for several years for both AC and electrical work. They are prompt, professional, fair and the quality of their new and repair work is excellent. Ralphie is the tech that services our area and i cant speak highly enough about him! i am really glad we found Kings, it takes the stress and guess work out of hiring an electrician or AC company, I can just call Kings and know I'm getting an honest assessment and repair.

Not treated like a king! First Lauren answers the phone and doesn’t ask permission to put you on hold just says please hold and just places you on hold. Second. My ac went out on Thursday. They couldn’t get here till Friday. I work until 230 and can be home. My roof is locked and can’t be accessed after 4 and not on the weekend. This company could not make it until after 4 Monday. Even though they came Friday found all this out and still couldn’t manage to get here at 3pm on Monday. I don’t recommend this company unless you have all the time to take off work and be there when THEY can make it. They claim to treat you like royalty.they don’t. I feel like a peasant. This Lauren in the front is rude, told me the electrician is coming bye, when I asked when she told me he will be here when he gets here.

I have an old house. That being said, any time an electrician is needed the smallest issue could turn into something complex. I need a trusted electrician.
My King's Electric experience began with the first phone call which is answered with a caring, warmth that seems to be long gone in today's world. They listen.
When the appointment is scheduled a text/email is sent with the name, technician photo and confirmed time.
The technician arrives in uniform (T-shirt with logo) ready to work, pleasant and professional. Work areas are treated with respect and covered with plastic if needed.
After patiently listening to specifics of my job a very fair price was given and work began.
End result is peace of mind that my house has been maintained by a top notch electrician.
So five stars for King's Electric for customer support, professionalism and skill.
BTW a problem misdiagnosed by another company was identified and corrected. I now TRUST King's Electric!

I had extensive electrical work done including installation of two EV charges, upgrading of my electrical boxes to 200A and additional 240V plugs installed. The team was excellent, prompt and took care of the whole installation in a few days. Jude was amazing, highly recommend. Additionally, Robert came and fixed my AC in under an hour quickly diagnosing the problem and correcting it. Excellent work from start to finish.

Kings Electric is amazing. They have great customer service. Talking to Lauren is like talking to a friend. Jude, the technician is also amazing and fast. He comes prepared and ready for anything. It was raining and I thought Jude was going to wait till it stopped but nope he was in and out. Job done and you still have the rest of your day just a wonderful company. I’m glad I came across them.this is my second time using them.

My AC unit broke under their watch, that is of owner John Gallina’s team, Lauren and co. Their reaction was: “We did nothing wrong.” All this happened during a routine maintenance visit. I never called them, they were desperate to come to me!! My AC was working just fine until their guy got his hands on it. When he left, my AC was no longer working, totally broken. No accountability was taken whatsoever. I now need to replace part of the unit they said would cost close to $4K. Don’t get lured in with “King.” There’s nothing regal here, only shameful practices, ripping off hard-working American families.

I was referred to King’s Electric by my usual electrician from another company. Jason Bui was the technician who helped me. His advise on my needs was presented in a simple way which was easy for me to understand. He returned to finish the job and completed all work in about an hour. Cost was reasonable, and Jadon helped make this problem a nice experience. Satisfied customer here in Victoria Patk Towers!

Update - used kings for electrical work and they were an incredible ripoff. Do not trust this company. The work that they quoted was not done because they “couldn’t do it they way they quoted.” But they did subpar work for the same price. This is the $145 ground (I got a discount ! list price was $150. ) for new heat pump. Not a new ground, they added this 2 foot long green wire to existing ground. Other parts of the job were likewise overcharged. A ‘by the foot’ quoted outlet install in my garage supposed to be 20 feet was only run 6 feet from panel. Do not trust this company. Original review - Jason came out on a Saturday (his day off) to look at our a/c. He was very professional and courteous, quickly found and fixed the problem. The repair was even covered by our maintenance contract with Kings. Highly recommend both Kings and in particular, Jason. Thank you for taking care of us on short notice.

I bought a house in Orlando, FL and needed it to be rewired for insurance. It was a lot of initial nonsense on my end (my fault), canceling the quote, reviving the quote and asking for revisions, canceling it again, then at the last minute executing the contract with Kings. John G, the owner, was patient and great to work with through all of that to meet bank/insurance requirements. The customer service/admin team is also easy to work with. The crew is still at my house working on the repairs and they have been absolutely phenomenal. They're doing great work, they're efficient but safe, aren't cutting corners, and the "Red Carpet Service" aren't just some empty marketing buzzwords. They leave my home clean and tidy at the end of each day. I'm SO GLAD I went with Kings Electric and AC for this work that I'm asking them to do more work for my HVAC system too.

After contacting Kings Electrical to take a look at our AC unit after it had stoped running, a tech came the following day as scheduled, i was quoted $400 to fix a pipe that was loose and just needed tightening after the last Kings electric tech had fixed our unit 4 months ago and after charging $3500 for replacing parts on the unit. After telling Lauren that that charge was too much and unjustified she promised to get back to me with a revised quote. She never got back to me until after about 2 weeks.
I ended up looking for another company to look at our AC and after thorough inspection they discovered mold and fungi in the unit and also noted it was leaking refrigerant, all these issues were not inspected or mentioned by the Kings Electric tech despite wanting to charge $400 plus

I keep getting Robocalls from this company despite being on the do not call list and asking their receptionist to remove me from the list because the DNC list should be checked before solicitation calls are made. The receptionist gave me an attitude when I explained this to her on Monday and again when I informed her I would be reporting them to the FTC.

I strongly warn anyone considering Kings Electric.
I hired them to relocate my main electrical panel under a City of Orlando permit. The work failed the official electrical inspection because they installed the wrong breakers and did not meet required electrical code (NEC 210.12). The City’s Chief Electrical Inspector confirmed in writing that the installation was not compliant.

Instead of correcting their own code violation, Kings Electric tried to charge me $2,655 (later reduced to $1,475) to fix their mistake—even though I had already paid in full for the job. They also gave false information about what was required by code and delayed communication for weeks. I had to obtain written clarification from the City because the contractor continued to misrepresent what was required.

I now have an open permit, failed inspection, and non-compliant electrical work despite paying them in full. No homeowner should be put in this position.
Use extreme caution if you hire this company.

Don't hire this company. No respect for time or your money. They seem to not understand basics on home upgrades. Took them 5 visits to give me the final bid. After over a week of work, they are not complete. Requested the paid invoice and had taken over a week to receive it.
Run away from this office and company... they are no good in the office. The owner doesn't care about anything but money. Has no idea what the service world is about. !!!!DO NOT HIRE!!!

First time using Kings after a friend recommended them. Needed someone right away and Jude and Michael arrived with 2 hours, diagnosed & fixed the issue. Will use them as our electricians from now on. Very pleased.
