Called Jose the morning I discovered I had a small leak in one of my pipes connected to the pump. Jose and his guys came out later in the day and completed the repair and serviced my pool. He also assisted me in finding the proper filter cartridge. His cost was better than other retailers including Amazon. Well done Jose. I highly recommend this company. Great job and many thanks for being incredibly responsive.

I am so glad I was referred to Jose and Diamond Pools!! He is truly a real gem! Our pool was thick and murky, like a swamp! Straight up...NASTY! Within 3 days, Jose had it Chrystal Clear...like the day I received it from the builder! Since I don’t live here, I know AAA Pools, was snaking me w/ the service. Diamond Pool & Spa is wonderful. My previous pool service was not cleaning my pool properly. and I was constantly added water. I called Diamond they came out and got my pool sparkling! They discovered I had a leak in my skimmer and they fixed it. They informed me that eventually I will need to replace my skimmer. If you are looking for a pool cleaning serviceman, go with Diamond Pools & Spa they are a 💎 jewel.

It’s beyond words how efficient and great this company is. We been renovating our house for 8 month and it’s hell. This company is literally first vendor who responded right away, had a great price, great communication, came out same day, ordered and installed on the day promised. Diamond pool service was great to me. My pool had problems from my previous pool guy and my pool turned green. Diamond pool service came out and got my poo crystal clear blue and installed a led light which was icing on the cake. Thank you very much for the outstanding service.

I hired this company to clean my pool 2 months ago.
I was told I have to find another service because they are
not making a profit doing the job. They knew my house had no gutters and apparently the rain water is diluted out the chemicals. I can understand that - I was not asked to place gutters to help the situation or told the fee would be increased accordingly. Instead service was cancelled. I have run my own medical practice for 40 years and feel this was unprofessional and left me in an unwanted bind.

Diamond Pool & Spa has been AMAZING!! Had quality issues with prior service, Diamond Pool & Spa was able to fix my issue within 30 minutes whereas the previous company couldnt in 3 WEEKS!!... been a customer ever since! Always professional, punctual, consistent and definitely an expert in the field. All other pool service companies fail to live up to Diamond pool & Spa and staff!!! Definitely recommend

Having just purchased our home, we had a known leak in our pool. We found Diamond Pool Service who literally came out the day after purchase to fix it! They were so helpful with all our concerns and had a super quick response time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I have been looking for an excellent pool service for 15 years and I have finally found one. These guys not only take amazing care of my pool, they are there when they say they will be, are nice, honest and very capable. To give a quick example, I have had a leak in my pool for almost 10 years. I have asked three different companies to help me fix it, and none even tried. They were just happy collecting their monthly fee. After 10 years of putting water in my pool every two or three days, I hired these guys. The first time they came over, I informed them about the leak. He had an idea, came back the next week with a very inexpensive part and fixed it. No leak after 10 years of asking pool companies to try fix it. This is the pool company you want working on your pool. They are capable, dependable and honest.

I called to see if I could get an appointment for vacuuming after having power washing done on the patio. After calling several companies, Diamond Pool and Spa was the only one who made accommodations for me right away. Jose was professional and came right on time. Most importantly, my pool was sparkling clean when he left, and we had our beautiful pool again. Thanks Jose! You really went above and beyond in service.

Diamond Pool Service did an amazing job on my mother's pool. They applied an acid wash restoring the diamond bright. It looks brand new! Thank you Jose for doing such a great job. Great customer service! I would recommend this company highly to anyone looking for pool service.

He's always on time and takes the time to explain anything you need, ou pool has been perfect since Diamond Pool & Spa started taking care of it. I definitely highly recommend this company.

We have been using Diamond Pool Spa for about a year and I kid you not, they are always on time. They are here every week without fail on a Tuesday. I have had experience with other pool technicians and they are usually unreliable.

Jose and his team are wonderful and so professional. My pool is ALWAYS clean because of him. Can't say enough good things. Just amazing. And Diamond is also reasonable with their rates. Give them a chance.

I’ve had Diamond Pools service my pool for almost a year and they always do a great job! They come once a week. And provide all the chemicals needed to keep my pool looking fabulous!! Once they are done they send me an email letting me know the service has been complete. They were also able to find and fix a small pool leak I had. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a pool service!!

Diamond pools does a great weekly maintenance on our pool. I recently reached out about having automation added to our pool, and the company was very responsive with the quote and came out the next day to do the install. Would definitely recommend!
