Great service. Windows were sparkling!!! Very respectful when entering the house too. Took off shoes and put everything back where it went. Highly recommend!

The team that came to clean the windows was professional, punctual, and friendly. I also appreciated how responsive the company was during the sales process and told me “We do not use Clorox. We use purified water system. All Eco friendly. It removes hardwater from rain, sprinklers”.

However, during the actual service, I noticed that some hard water stains were not removed. This was disappointing, especially since I wasn't made aware ahead of time that certain stains might remain. It’s something that should definitely be communicated clearly during the sales conversation to help manage expectations.

After I raised the issue, the owner Renato had the team apply a special solution aimed at treating the stains. While this helped improve the appearance very slightly, it still didn’t fully resolve the issue.

Overall, while the team was professional and the company was responsive. I was left underwhelmed by the results and the need for extra follow-up. My disappointment has nothing to do with the team that came out to clean my windows they are amazingly friendly and tried their best with the tools provided by the company.

I hope the company owners consider revising how this is communicated to future clients to ensure an honest and satisfactory experience.

These folks came out to clean the inside and outside of my windows, maintenance, my accordion Hurricane Shutters, and clean my tracks inside. The customer service was great, they got me on the schedule in one day, they showed up promptly with many guys, and did an excellent job. Carolina is also super nice, professional, and runs a great family business. I highly recommend this company!

We booked a 12:30 appt. We were told it would take about 2 hours. I waited until 2pm for them to show up. They never did. At 5:21pm I received a text telling me they have an inconvenience and they need to reschedule. I asked why you didnt call or text me at 12:30. They caused me an inconvenience..

DONT USE THEM!!! WONT EVER USE THEM!!!

Spoke with Carolina this morning about a quote and pricing gor exterior windows cleaning. Wanted to have it done today and she spoke with Renato and called me back less than 20 minutes with a quote and could come out this morning and complete project. Work is absolutely amazing Renato was so pleasant and informative and offered other information as well. We will be using you guys again. Thank you again the great service.
