I have had several pool cleaning companies and have finally found the one! Jose and his staff are professional, skilled, and dependable. They send me a photo after the work is complete each week and my pool has been sparkling clean since I started service. The previous few companies left me stressed and with a pool that was neglected and dirty. I know I am in good hands now and that my pool is always well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Called Diamond pool with an issue of my pump not priming. Tech advised me to remove filter and run pump without it to see if it would prime. That did the trick! It was a bad filter causing the issue. After countless visits to other pool stores and none of them suggested to try this. Diamond pool got my pool pump running right again after a 5 minute phone call.

These guys are great. I don’t even realize we have a pool service. Pool is always clean, never have any issues. This is the way business should be done!

Next Level Service provided by this company. I contacted them based on five star Google reviews and it was well worth it. Jose was extremely honest and gave us pricing straight to the point. He went above, and beyond what we agreed on and helped us out as we travel out of town. We called him to empty the pool, clean it, refill and balance. He also replaced our filter and skimmer. Highly recommended. We also have him now doing our weekly Service on this property.

If you have a question or issue with your pool, Jose will respond right away, usually within a few minutes. Very knowledgeable and can quickly handle any issue that might arise. The most reliable and attentive pool services in south FL. Always quick to respond to any issues I’ve had and also still providing service at an affordable rate. I inherited them when I bought my house and highly recommend. they’ve kept my pool going without issue for 4yrs and that’s with a 20 yr diamondbrite old surface

Atlantic Care did a great job cleaning the windows inside and out on my home. They were friendly, punctual, and easy to set up an appointment.

Sloppy work. Took one of our nozzles. Said they would replace it. That was 3 weeks ago. Try calling, left several messages. None have been returned. I think they're riding on the coattails a similarly named window washing service: Atlantic Care Window Cleaning. Don't make the same mistake I did. These are not the kind of people you want to do business with!

They went above and beyond. I have a old house that sits right under a big tree that has leafs falling everywhere and staining my windows and floor. They came and cleaned everything up, front of my house looks amazing, almost new! Was very happy with the service. If I another clean in the future for sure I'm calling you again! God bless!
