F&S is a family owned business, right after I spoke with Chis . I felt confident to have his company out to take care of. A clients & friends Sport fishing yacht . Some how there was a furry stowaway ( after we removed him rt away ! ) The owners wanted the the carpets and beds completely cleaned and sanitized, (I asked a ton of questions , (a lot ! Too much maybe.. )He was patient and very knowledgeable of the business . 13 years and several locations . I felt confident with them on the yacht , where only the very best will be expected . Needless to say he worked with my schedule , and the young man who came out was a little early ( so I did not have to wait ! Big plus , was able to reach the boat with the hoses , that was also a plus, and they used a natural highest quality “planet friendly “chemicals that wound not harm or damage the carpet and bed s , ( to use the best available chemicals that will not dry and attract more dirt in the future) Need less to say Chris and staff made me feel comfortable and they got the carpets and 3 beds , cleaned and sanitized. On time and did not leave a mess behind. Thank’s Chris and the crew

He was professional and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We have many furry family members and the fact that the products used are eco-friendly and non-toxic is very important to us. At times like these, it’s important that anyone coming into your home observes the necessary precautions regarding the Covid virus. Chris was very respectful in this regard.
We recommend his company without reservation for any of your upholstery/carpet cleaning needs. We will absolutely be calling Chris when we are ready to have our couch cleaned again.

Our cat pied on our expensive fluffy couch! the smell was strong, tried many different product. Nothing Worked. Thought that was it. That couch is good to be trashed until Chris and his Crew showed up. I was AMAZED of the result!! no more smell and look almost like new after the cleaning. Save your time and money. We recently had F & S come out to the house and clean our carpets in the two bedrooms. The carpets had not been done in a while, but when Chris (the owner) was finished, the carpets looked just like new!
