We were worried that are floors would not look the same after a friend came over with his pet in “training”. Anthony does such an excellent job cleaning carpet and floors it's amazing! Truly appreciate his attention to detail, and really going above and beyond, as a customer that is important to me. Other cleaners do not take the time to do it right. Once a year I get my carpet cleaned and wouldn't want it done by any other company! Even my mom visited and told me whoever did the carpet cleaning did an amazing job! Way to go Anthony! F&S is highly recommended!

Chris and his team are magicians. I had pet stains I had hired another rug cleaning company to get out and they couldn’t do it. F&S got them out and actually was more reasonably priced. They are great at setting expectations. They’re not the cheapest but they also aren’t the most expensive. But they are BY FAR the most effective!

Chris with F&S did a phenomenal job cleaning the tile and grout in our home. The difference was night and day and he really exceeded all expectations. Chris took the time to explain the process and capabilities. After seeing the quality of his work performed, I realize his price was quite reasonable. Fortunately, he was able to do the cleaning last minute on the weekend and was very responsive with all communication. All around great guy and a great experience with F&S. Highly recommended!
