What a great company to work with. They did an absolutely beautiful job. The carpets in our office had some terrible spots that I thought would NEVER come out. What a great job they did. I called for a quote and Anthony came into the office the same day I called! He also came on a Saturday to clean our carpet when our office was closed. He could not have been a nicer guy. Staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and very hardworking. They actually took the time to clean every inch of my sofa and chase, you can tell there dedication and hard work pays off.

Chris the owner is a very professional and nice gentleman, Anthony the tech is a great guy and actually cares about what he is doing. Every time I call I will ask to use him if he is available. Very professional and detailed oriented.

I called F&S to clean my couch as well as 2 rugs in my home. The results were astonishing and the stains were completely gone. They were very professional and friendly as well as flexible with timing as I have a busy schedule.

I called a couple of carpet cleaners to get quotes; one never called back, the other was so rude I decided to keep looking.

Found F&S, called and got the owner, Chris, who was so helpful and informative (no sales talk) that I decided to go with him even though the price was higher. He uses the most expensive, green treatments and equipment and it shows.

He convinced my to try his truck-mounted HWE (hot water extraction) method with his rotary machine and wand for tight spots and extra treatment rather than the old way I was having cleaning done with a bonnet machine. He still loaded a bonnet machine on his truck in case I wasn't happy with the results.

Anthony came out to do the job. He was extremely friendly and informative -- He really knows the industry and technologies, having worked with most of them previously, and I ask a lot of questions.

Anthony got my 30-year old 1" beige shag carpet cleaner than anyone else ever has, including the dark, worn areas that no one else could really get clean. Most of my beautiful carpet now looks as good as new (except for the the 30 years of wear in some places which is as clean as the rest of the carpet, but is just somewhat worn after so many years).

These guys are the best I've ever had. I will only go with them from now on. Thank you Chris and Anthony!

I was recommended to F&S Carpet Cleaning by Toni from Busy Bee Pressure Cleaning who I have known for about 25 years. I have a large home in Coral Springs and not only did I need my carpets cleaned but I needed the grout cleaned on an extensive amount of porcelain tile, which was not cleaned in several years. Chris and Anthony did the work and the results were WOW beyond belief. They are true experts in their field extremely professional and efficient. Basically, they restored my porcelain tile floor to its original appearance. Don't bother with a quote if you are interested in quality work from true professionals, just hire F&S Carpet Cleaning!

Very satisfied with the work done by these guys. I recently bought a home, and had to get all of the tile cleaned. They cleaned the entire house quickly and thoroughly, I cannot stress how good the quality of work was. If you’re thinking about hiring them, do it.

I had gotten a used couch and F&S came and did SUCH a good, and quick job! They were in and out and I had a brand new couch. Not only that - I’ve brought them back to do my car!! They got the seats looking completely new as well. Highly recommend!!!!!

My experience with F&S was excellent, from start to finish. The owner Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and the technician was terrific. Anthony did an excellent job and made sure that we were completely happy before leaving. This is not the typical experience I’ve had with other carpet cleaning companies, so wanted to take a moment to write a review and share my positive experience.

To be honest I did not believe that my wight couch could be white again. I was wrong, Anthony was amazing, very professional, explaining the prosses and to my surprise I have white couch aging, it looks the same as when I got it. Very happy with their service starting from the first call. Those guys do miracles. Thank you so much 😊
