The people at Monar are the greatest! I have been using Monar for my rental property as well as my private residence and have found them to be extremely responsive, honest , professional and fair with the pricing. I have always been treated with the utmost respect and feel the techs that come to repair the problems are knowledgeable and are there to make the repair as economical as possible.

I will continue to use Monar whenever i need A/C service. They have me as a customer for life.

We called to get our heater working (have not used in 2 years) and were able to get a prompt response and convenient appointment from their courteous customer service rep. The tech was an expert that quickly diagnosed a loose wire inside the unit and fixed it on the spot. No over-complications, no overselling, and no over-billing for unnecessary repairs. Can’t put a price on integrity and great customer service! I highly recommend them!

Fast, reliable and exceptional service! Had some trouble with one of the AC units in my house in the middle of a hot south Florida summer. After contacting Monar, i had a technician at my house the following morning diagnosing the problem. The technician was very nice and straight forward with the problem at hand explaining to me exactly what i needed. Between the exceptional customer service and fast reliable technicians i will definitely be using Monar for all of my AC needs from here on out!

The tech, Alex.. went above and beyond with a meticulous work ethic to clean, refresh and service our unit, which was installed by Monar a few years ago. I had a issue with my AC unit. I called Monar Air and the responded quickly and to care of my issues.
Very satisfied with their fast response.
Dennis . Then later my ac quit working . They just came over and looked at it and said everything looks good. They didn't check anything, freon level . I paid 149 for them to check the drain pan. Very disappointed with this company

My A/C broke in my rental property. I contacted Monar to perform maintenance ASAP. They understood the urgency of this matter and accommodate my request for the same business day!! No extra charge, nothing more than great service.
The office explained the maintenance service program they offer and I found the cost very reasonable (lower than other companies for the same service).
At the end, I signed up for their maintenance agreement for my rental and primary residency. My rental A/C was fixed on the same day. I am a happy customer. If you look for an honest-reasonable-priced company, look no more. Super recommended, great customer service!

I take care of an elderly man who is a veteran and blind with cancer and on a feeding tube. I called two companies out for service on a Wedneday. Neither company could fix his ac. One company wanted to replace the blower motor for $1500.00. Unfortunately I was in the hospital and did not know what I could do. I callled Monar Air at 4 pm. The kind office person was so understanding. She offered to send a service tech out at 5pm. The service tech was awesome. He got the ac running temporarily within the hour. One relay was bad. He did not have the part and returned the next day. We also had a bad electrical service breaker they replaced as well. Repairs for everything was under $600.00 .

I am in the construction field and nothing worse than a company who takes advantage of customers. We were blessed to find Monar Air. The service was awesome from the office to the service techs. The head service advisor showed up at six pm to make sure we had ac. Please do not hesitate to call this company for next ac repair.....five stars in my book. Thank you.

We used Monar AC for a big project (installing new units) because they’d been so responsive and great to deal with on prior repair and maintenance jobs. Their techs and office are always polite and helpful, they show up when they say they will, and their estimates are always reliable and for good prices. When we found other companies with significantly lower prices they turned out to be suspicious or have some catch. We never do ongoing maintenance contracts but we actually now have one with Monar because they were so easy to deal with and inspires so much confidence.

I’ve been using Monar air-conditioning for several years and find that the technicians are conscientious, knowledgeable, considerate, and punctual. The communication from the company is excellent. When they schedule an appointment, they send reminders prior to the appointment day and time and another notice when the technician is on his way. I recommend them highly.

Monar has been so amazing. Super responsive. They are super knowledgeable and the techs that come to the house have been super nice and helpful. Started with them for maintenance with my old AC and then when my AC gave out, within a week they were out with a new unit and they took care of all the permits and paperwork. Highly recommend!

I have no ac knowledge and Marc patiently explained our situation and options and helped me make an appropriate decision. They had what we needed in stock and fixed the system same day. It’s 90 degrees out so that’s huge. They probably could have told me that my old system can’t be repaired and requires replacement and I would not have known any better. I appreciate the honesty and quality service.

Have been a customer of Monar Air Condtioning for several years and they have always provided top notch service. I have the bi-annual maintenance plan so a tech comes to my home twice a year and checks out my AC system. The techs are technically proficient, courteous, and professional. Leshane and Alex, the two most recent techs who have provided maintenance service, are outstanding (and good natured to boot).
