I have asthma and could not be without air. Khalid came right to our home, diagnosed the problem, replaced the freon, to get us through the night and came back in the A.M. to replace the part. We hired Khalid when our entire system froze over. He made himself available as soon as possible and offered us the best solutions at the best price. Very thorough with his work and very honest. Another company quoted me double the price!!! He replaced the entire unit with a better option. Very tidy and detailed. Many contractors less messes. He does not! I scheduled service and within just a few hours, a technician arrived; fast response time! The issue was diagnosed immediately (a bad capacitor), which was replaced on the spot. They also checked and topped up the Freon and professionally cleared the drain line by blowing out debris and blockages.
The technician was efficient, courteous, and the pricing was fair for the work done. Everything was handled quickly and professionally.
