We had another issues with our attic units overnight with water suddenly leaking through the ceiling. Reliable AC came out to resolve the issue within 12 hours. David came out to check the issue and I could not have asked for a better technician. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, walking me through the issues, offering both immediate resolution as well as reasonable long term adjustments to prevent future problems, he was also extremely personable, down to earth, and felt safe and trustworthy to have in our home. I am very thankful to have found a company that is upfront and genuinely seems honest about their work. I can’t recommend their team enough. Thank you!

We are so appreciative of the excellent service we received today - our AC went out on a 97 degree day with a new born baby and two other kids at home and Reliable AC was at our home to resolve the issue within a few hours. They were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and provided a resolution immediately. We will continue to use their services moving forward.

I’ve been using Reliable AC Services for years. Their team is always responsive, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC repairs or an installation.

Not inexpensive, but trustworthy and does good work. They actually went above and beyond in improving our AC system when it needed to be remounted. Did work I didn’t expect to be included in the price quoted, but no surprises when it came time to pay the bill.

They came out to service my 3 AC Units. It was two younger guys and they were both incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Also, you could tell they were legitimately passionate about AC, which was cool to see. They didn't try to push anything on me and were very honest about my 3 existing units, letting me know they were all in great shape.

I am having the company give me quotes for some additional AC work - but that was based on my request, and not because they pushed anything. Oh also, they text when they're coming and you can click a link and see exactly where the tech(s) are. So that's super nice - instead of sitting around wondering if they're close or not.

So far very happy with my experience with the company and expecting to be a long-term customer.

Outstanding service! Our AC wasn’t cooling properly, so we sent a quick text—and within hours, Steve was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a disconnected part that was pulling hot air from the attic) and had it fixed in no time. Just four hours after the thermostat was stuck at 76°, we’re now enjoying a comfortable 70°! Always a pleasure working with you guys—thank you for your prompt response, expertise, and dedication!

Ac reliable really took their time to analyze the issue and provided great customer service. They made the process headache free & the pricing was affordable. From now on I’ll be using their services for any future repairs or installations.

My Trane unit failed and called them for service. They came to my home and diagnosed the problem. There was no pressure or up sale. They provided me with a price which was well within what other companies charge. But what made the deal, is that the owner was involved and answered all of my questions. I would recommend them to anyone. The owner Steve even came to my home during the installation. The service provided was professional.
