The guys are always friendly and take great care of my HVAC. Today was simply maintenance, but when I have a problem I can count on seeing them within 24 hours. (It's Florida. That's a big deal.)

Very happy with professionalism of JJ and the rest of the team. They came out on July 4 within an hour at 9pm to fix our unit. We ended up replacing both units and Reliable AC as been a pleasure to work with

AC team did an eccellent job rerouting a copper line through the attic. When they first discovered the leak in the system, they gave me very clear explanations of the work needed. After we agreed on a price, the work was scheduled for the next morning. They came on time, were very knowledgeable and efficient, quickly completed the task, cleaned everything after the work was done and provided me with the detailed explanations on what was done. I paid $2200.00 which I find a fair price. My AC and the whole system is running smoothly. I am very satisfied with the Reliable AC team work. It feels like it was a "white glove service" done. I have been using Urgent AC for the last 10 years. He installed a brand new AC system in my home. He does regular maintenance with cleaning of the coils and removing the south Florida slime that builds up in the water collection system of the AC. I have included a picture of the slime that was removed from my AC system Through the outside drainage tube.

I have known this company for a few years and have hired them for several services. All air conditioning repair and replacement services have always been carried out with great professionalism. I highly recommend them.
