This HVAC company is amazing last night as I am getting ready for bed at 9pm my ac suddenly stop working, immediately I contacted them sure enough they came out and diagnose and fix the problem right away. I am very pleased with this company and would definitely recommend them.

I booked an appointment but I have to cancel it due to an emergency so I accidentally gave one Star not knowing that it was not five. He was very friendly over the phone and respectful and we got to an agreement and it was changed. Thank you again.💕

Urgent AC has been our primary AC repair & service provider since 2018, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From basic service to emergency repairs, moving existing equipment, to the installation of a brand new system in new construction, Khaled is always fair, does what he says he will in the time he says he will do it, and he has saved us $$$ over the years through his smart thinking. For example this week he diagnosed a mystery that we thought was a leaky roof but that turned out to be a simple AC fix. Two other contractors looked at it and couldn’t figure it out. We were very close to cutting a hole in the ceiling to figure it out, but instead he corrected the issue in than an hour with no cutting or heavy damage. LOVE Urgent A/C!

Khalid with Urgent AC is going down in my book as a miracle worker. Outside temps were in the high 90s when our main AC started blowing warm air in August! Thankfully, our home has a smaller secondary unit, but then that one started leaking heavily and threatened to quit. We spent a very uncomfortable weekend trying to figure out what to do and who to call for assistance. We were already planning to replace the units, but wanted to do so as part of a larger home remodel project that we still need a few months to prepare for. We called Urgent AC based on a recommendation, thinking we would just be getting a quote to replace our AC units, but Khalid suggested that he might be able to fix the issues to give us some extra time. Not only did he get the cold air blowing again, but he also serviced/cleaned both units to address the leaking problems. Due to his expertise and honesty, he has won our hearts and our future business when we are ready to replace the units. He is amazing and deserves the highest recommendation we can give. I wish all service providers were as wonderful as Khalid.

I have had an excellent experience working with URGENT AC. As of now, they have installed two wall-mounted AC units in my home and is about to install our third because of how hot it gets here in Florida. These AC units really make a difference especially during the peak temperatures of summer. The installation process was smooth and professional each time with attention to detail. If you live in Florida I definitely recommend going with wall mounted units and having URGENT AC have it installed. I’m very happy with the current two mounted AC units and can’t wait to add a third one.

His troubleshooting was right on spot as usual. There was a refrigerant leak. He found the leak and fixed it very quickly. Monar is probably the most qualified A/C installation and repair company I have ever worked with. The installed our main house A/C unit, then the replacement which was 6 years after the initial install, and then a split unit for our AirBNB. I can't say enough about Arnold, Donna, Stephanie, Abdul, and the entire team! You can't go wrong - they are true professionals.
