This is the second time I’ve engaged this firm. They are prompt, responsive, & professional. I had a small backup in my shower. I thought that they would open the clean out and snake the line. However Ryan, the mechanic that they sent to my house suggested that he put a camera in the line first as it might not have to be snaked. He found no obstructions, and suggested that perhaps the city had been doing some work down the line that might have caused the backup. I was happy to pay for the camera inspection which is less cos then cleaning the drain. This is my second positive experience with Zoom Drain, and I highly recommend them.

Adam did a great job working on the drain line for my A/C system. He did a job initially and said if there were any issues he would come back and make sure sure to make it right, which he did. They also repaired a water line for me before and did a great job that time

I reached out to Zoom Drain to have a drain unclogged and they came out the very next day. On time, efficient and straight to the point. All of our drains are now fully functional thanks their expertise in the matte. Also, they were very clear in explaining how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Zoom Drain was fantastic. From scheduling, to price, to level of service I have zero complaints. Mario was very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain issues and give options for paths forward. We ended up getting a new cleanout installed and the lines jet cleaned. Mario and Ryan handled that together and did great. Also met the owner Samantha who was very courteous and helpful. Would absolutely recommend them to others and will be using them for any sewer line related needs in the future.

Mario was excellent. My wife and I live in the penthouse and our toilet was clogged. My stomach was hurting from eating a bunch of collards. I just want to think zoom drain for getting out here quicker and fixing my shitter
