Michael was so kind on the phone and did not rush at all explaining my options. Moses arrived quickly and was professional and did a great job. I had lots of questions and he answered them all. Steve the plumber is by far the best plumber I’ve ever called. Prompt service, reasonable price, can’t say enough good things about the job. EDIT…had to call again with an emergency Saturday morning! I had a plumber at my house in less than two hours. The repair was complete right as my new washer was being delivered. I can’t say enough good things about this plumbing company.

Reached out to the company and requested Ace the plumber. He came on time. Educated me on water heaters which I thought I had no interest in . Taught me how to get the most efficiency out of my water heater. Left me happy and exceeded what I expected from the reviews. I will certainly use this company for all of my plumbing needs and always request Ace.

I will say it again: reliable, very easy scheduling, efficient service (same day!) and don’t charge you if nothings broken! I had toilet issues in the morning and by the time the tech showed up (2 hours later) the problem seemed to have resolved. Ace was our tech this time… he was excellent, knowledgeable, courteous, cleaned up our toilet tanks with gunk in it, gave me some advice on why debris might be clogging certain pipes… and said he didn’t see any issues and couldn’t charge us for something that’s working fine. All I paid was a small dispatch fee and now I’m certain that this company does it right every time. Fair, no BS fees and no up-selling to justify the trip.

Previously we have had Moses come to our home for toilet installations, repair and garbage disposal replacement. Also excellent, knowledgeable, fair pricing, knows exactly what to do. I asked for him today and he was booked until Monday, so Ace came out. Both have been great to work with and I will happily recommend them and the company over and over again.
