We hired Steve's Plumbing to handle a complicated issue with a leaky pipe behind a wall. They walked us through every step of the repair, from locating the leak without making a huge mess, to explaining the new hardware he installed. His communication was outstanding, and he was patient with all our questions. The job was done right the first time, and the quality of the work is excellent. If you have a serious plumbing issue, better call Steve—you'll get honest work and great service.

This was the most seamless home repair I’ve ever had done.
Danilo easily answered all my questions & gave me an estimate to replace my hot water heater w/o unnecessary add-ons or upsells.
He came out the next day within the appt window. He protected my floors around the area. No water was spilled. He changed the heater, double checked the settings and answered new questions. There wasn’t any damage to the surroundings and the area was left clean. The heater works great.

Steve and his team were very helpful transitioning our home from a solar water heater to a hybrid. Moses was on time, joyful, and very professional. He was efficient and did a great job explaining everything he did. He left my garage clean and orderly when finished.

Called and schedule an appointment for a quote, got out of work earlier to be home waiting, didn't showed up nor answer the phone, i don't think is a good business practice. Won't recommend and won't call them again.

The work was subpar. They read installation directions wrong, installed a new garbage disposal that works only sometimes, had to call someone else to fix it.. They also flushed a drain using my pool water and my mop bucket which they broke, and are still sending me a bill for work they never did. Use someone else.

I initially called sewer savers on my 1st night in my new house. We had water coming up from under the toilet and into the shower at 1am on a Saturday. Sewer Savers was the first to respond and had Dan out by 2am! He had to snake the line all the way from the roof to the front yard but was not able to find the root cause. After digging for the buried sewage line at 3 am, Dan was able to relieve the pressure by drilling the pipe but had to come back out the next day to finish the job. After returning he was able to snake a bunch roots out and install a clean out connection, but said that we most likely have a broken or separated pipe towards the front lawn. About a week later we ran into the same back up issue...Dan was right. (the quote to replace the pipe was $1500) I called Sewer Savers on Monday evening and they came out the very next morning at 8:30 to begin the massive job of excavating the front lawn and replacing a 4 inch pipe 3 feet underground. After discovering EXACTLY what and where Dan said they would find the issue (cracked pipe) they went above and beyond by not only replacing the pipe, but also snaking the remaining line down to (but not in) the City sewer connection. I also want to give a HUGE thanks to Rachel in the office for convincing the owner Steve to help us out with a discount off the quoted price. (Thanks to Steve too!) I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone who needs good work done fast at a great price.

These guys are great. 8 am I noticed my water pump was leaking, by 10 am they had the pipe replaced and I was able to go away with peace of mind that I wasn’t coming home to a disaster
