Mario was incredible! He came in and immediately figured out the problem in my shower and bathroom something three other plumbers couldn’t identify without suggesting an expensive smoke test. Mario took his time, explained everything clearly, and was so kind throughout the whole process. He even showed patience and sweetness with my son, who was having a tantrum at the time. My little one actually cried when Mario left that’s how much of an impression he made! Truly knowledgeable, kind, and professional. Highly recommend him!

Excellent provider. We ordered a service in the morning, the technician came at noon and in one visit diagnosed and fixed the pipes issues as well as performed full sewer system cleaning. Sunshine Drain Services delivered a terrific experience. Technician , Mario Mareno, did an excellent job - he explained how he would locate the blockage and then clear it. I watched via the system computer and understanding or our 34 year pip system. Last, Mario shared tips to help keep our drains clear going forward. We had an ongoing leaking toilet that took a couple of visits to fully fix, but Zoom Drain was wonderful throughout the entire process. This all happened over the holidays, and they still came out immediately and kept us updated every step of the way. They were very honest about what they thought was wrong, and when something they tried didn’t solve the issue, they reimbursed us without hesitation. Mario was great and ultimately solved the problem. Above all, we felt we could really trust them. There was no upselling, fair pricing, and transparency the whole time. Very happy with the overall service and customer care. Would hire them again!

Unfortunately, I had committed to a big name plumbing company to do work at my house and then I found out through talking to the owner of better call Steve plumbing that the big name company overcharged me about $3000. He explained to me that the big companies up charge because they’ve got longevity and that he could’ve saved me a bunch of money and done the exact same job. You better believe next time I have a plumbing issue. I’m calling better call Steve the plumber. Lesson learned.

In a rush Better Call Steve sent someone to my house for a leaking pipe. Not only were they there quick, the guy “Steve” was professional and quickly took care of the issue. I figured they’d hit me with a huge bill considering the emergency but I felt their price to be very fair. Will definitely but using them again!
