Very rude. Rushed around a group of people already waiting in line for awhile. Just based off how they treat people I wouldn’t recommend this company for anything.

This is about one of your employees. I was at Lowe's in Zephyrhills Monday at about noon, loading softener salt on to my truck when a young man with a Martin Electric shirt helped me load the salt. I thought it was a store employee at first till I saw that it was just another customer. The young man was very polite. I thanked him and we went our separate ways. You have one exceptional employee working for you and again I want to thank him for his help.

An ABSOLUTE STELLAR COMPANY!! Super quick response from the office to the prompt courteous electrician that came out. Called before he arrived (by the way on time!) huge bonus on my end. Then back to the office staff (amber) was always courteous and super efficient at sending out invoice. Honest!, Dependable!, and did what they said there were goin to do!! Thank you for the quickness and efficient response. You all will be TOP on my list for referrals!!

These guys are faster than EMS! Lol jk.. but so fast for real. I texted looking for service due to AC fan failure. They responded within two minutes and made it out to me within two hours. Shawn had it fixed in no time and the price was fair. Didn't try to sell me anything or invent any issues. Honest company that really seems to care about their customers! If you are debating using them, I'd say do it & you won't be disappointed!

If you want a company that is HONEST reliable and trustworthy then these are the ones ! They know what they are doing and are very knowledgeable and confident in fixing the problem

When my old heat pump failed in freezing weather, I call Solutions to give me a quote on a new unit. Robert and Shawn came right over. We discussed the requirement for a new unit, and Robert actually crawled under the house to examine the existing duct work and air return, to make sure they were adequate. They gave me a very reasonable quote for a GrandAire heat pump, which, I have learned, is a very energy efficient and reliable unit. (Their quote was hundreds of dollars lower then their competition for the exact same product).

I had many questions for Robert over the next several days, and he was always available and willing to answer my question. Because of his honesty, work ethic, and helpful attitude, I would recommend Solution to anyone, without reservation. Emma J.

Life savers!! I emailed them expecting a Monday response but they came out Sunday night and fixed all our issues and replaced a part all under what I was expecting to pay! And honored our parts warranty from another company. Will definitely recommend them and use them again.

They are our new company! After another company came out several times and told us nothing was wrong with our unit - yet our house was 89 degrees during the day - Solutions Heating/Cooling came out the same day we called and our unit was working effiently the following day. In less than two days, Solutions Heating/Cooling fixed what another company couldn't figure out for almost a year. I highly recommend them.

Absolutely incredible service and great work. A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon. Figured it was going to be a miserable weekend while trying to find someone who could come out Monday, but Robert and Shawn answered the call immediately, and the system was fixed later that same day. Not sure it'll always be that fast (probably depends on the number of jobs), but it was just the quickness and responsiveness that won me over. Would gladly recommend and use again.
