Our AC stopped working on Saturday (6/8) around 8:45pm and we had called 2 other companies and neither one of them could come out until Monday. We called Solutions and they were able to come out Sunday morning and get the AC up and running. They even texted me Sunday afternoon to see how the AC was working.Highly recommend this company.

My downstairs unit went down after having regular maintenance with a big company who were not doing their job. I called Solutions heating/cooling and they offered to come out the same day. I chose the schedule for the next day thinking I would be home. I needed to run some errands and they worked around my scheduling needs. They were both very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They told me exactly what was wrong and did not try to pressure me into other services. They got my broken unit working right away! I asked if they could do the maintenance that the other company did not take care of properly and they did not hesitate. I am very pleased with their service and will keep using them for my HVAC needs.

Great experience! AC broke down on Saturday of a holiday weekend. Team responded to my call and had my ac up and running before the next day! Prompt, quick, and responsive and felt they were honest and fair with pricing.

I cannot say enough about this company. It’s a family business very reasonable do fantastic work. just the nicest young man I’ve ever met. They even fix my front door while they were here they clean my AC unit replace ductwork came at once before 10 o’clock at night when I AC was out and fix the capacitor. Highly highly recommend these guys.

Wow! Solutions Heating/Cooling & Refrigeration are amazing! Robert and Shane went above and beyond to help in a pinch. They came and repaired anothers work at an awesome price. What they did was priceless for my wife and I. I found my go to AC guys going forward. Highly recommend!

Robert and Shawn were great. My A/C died overnight and they came out first thing in the morning to repair it. They walked me through the testing and diagnostic process they used to determine the issue and had me up and running again in about 20 minutes. I'm keeping their card so I can call them again next time I have any issue with my A/C.

Called Mr. Wheeler and received an appointment the same day. He and his partner did not leave until the unit was working. My AC problem was fixed the same day. He explained the problem and gave me a quote for future work. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!!!

Robert tried to walk through some basic things, on the phone, to check for as to why my unit was not working so that he could save me money by not needing to come out. Turns out my blower motor was bad and he and his brother came and were in and out in about 30 minutes. Very professional, reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend them for all your air conditioning and heating needs.

After calling around and getting outrageous quotes on installing a mini split, I finally found this company and Robert come out. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and did an amazing job at a very fair price! We absolutely love our Mitsubishi Mini split! It has made a huge difference in heating and cooling of one side of our house that we’ve had an issue with ever since we bought the house. We were never able to get one side of the house cool. So, during the summer, it was so uncomfortably hot! I’m so happy I found Solutions Heating/Cooling. If I ever need any other AC services in the future, I will definitely use NO ONE other than them!!

AC went out Memorial weekend. We have a small stand alone ac unit as well so we hooked it up for the day. We called the company we used last year they still haven't called us back 4 days later!
My son finally called Solutions. They came out the following day... the other company had installed a compresser fan motor that was too small for our unit and needs, last year.

Robert is professional, polite and friendly. They respond promptly when we call about our A/C not working and it was 106 degrees out. They were at my house within the hour on a Saturday. The Wheeler's stayed in touch with me and installed a new afforrdable unit. I am completely satisfied with this company. They came back on a Saturday without me calling to be sure the new A/C unit was working properly. When the AC company I usually use gave me the run around and never got back to me with a time to come out, or if they were even gonna come out. I called solutions. They came out same day and got my air back up and running. I really appreciated it. They did a great job and would definitely recommend them for fast service and quality work.

I had purchased a new home, and the previous owner didn't even have a filter in place for the HVAC. Needless to say, the coils were pretty dirty. When I reached out to Solutions, they were able to schedule a coil cleaning for the next morning. Shawn came out and did an amazing job, really went above and beyond. Not only did he take his time to thoroughly clean the coils, he also cleaned out the drain line, and even sealed up a few seams where air was being pulled through in places it shouldn't have been. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quick response and attention to detail, and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs work done on their HVAC system!

I was very happy with the service and the friendliness. The price was reasonable for the brand new ac unit that was installed. The work to install the handler in the attic seemed to take longer than anticipated, but Robert kept the price in the range that he quoted. He also called on several occasions after installation to make sure the unit was performing well and that we had no issues. I highly recommend Solutions for any air conditioning issues. Robert knows his stuff, is reliable and his prices are reasonable.

AC broke down on Sunday night, called Robert at 8 pm and he offered to come out then but I told him that I would wait till Monday. He and his Brother came out that morning and had my unit repaired in less than 2 hours and charged me a very reasonable amount. I was expecting double of what he charged. I was very pleased. He has texted twice to see if the AC is still working. I highly recommend them. Two weeks prior he repaired my Daughter’s AC and they are just as pleased as I am and recommended them to me. Call them if you have AC problems, you won’t regret it.
