Highly recommended, was able to come fix my ductwork the same day I called. Very hard working, respectful, and nice crew. More than fair price. They made sure I understood how to take care of and maintain my AC so that problems will not occur in the future. They even called days after coming to my house to make sure everything was working properly. I am more than satisfied.

Solutions Heating/Cooling & Refrigeration offers high quality service at very reasonable prices. After a long power outage, our air conditioner came on in heat mode and would not change to cool. By 10 pm the inside temperature was 83 degrees. Though our regular service company claims to have 24 hour service, we could not get anyone to answer our calls. We found Solutions on Google, called, and were able to speak to a courteous real person. Robert and Shawn responded within an hour. They spent the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem and had us up and running by midnight. They are the best: knowledgeable and able to explain the issues and solutions. We will be using them for our future service needs. We highly recommend them.

My ac have not been working for a few days, it was blowing air but it wasn't getting cool. I tried everything that I knew to try, finally I called Solutions after coming home one night and my house was super hot and the thermostat was reading 99 degrees. They came early the next day and figure out that the thermostat was the issue, the tech replace it and it didn't cost me an arm an a leg 😁 now my ac is back working and I'm very happy with their service. Story time, I have been having AC issues for about a week. I did what we could to keep it running but it was getting progressively worse. I called this company on Thursday night and Robert, the owner, walked me through some things I can check on my own. I had to call him Saturday night, he came out the next day and fixed it on a Sunday. Amazing, I recommend them 110%. If you need someone reliable and quick please give Robert a call. If I ever need them again they are my first and only call.

Robert and Shawn are very professional and go above and beyond. They are not sales people. They tackle the problem and advise you of any problems or issues. They went as far as taking pictures of shingles missing on my roof that I was unaware of.

I had to reschedule 2x for family problems. They worked with me instead of ignoring my calls/texts like other companies.

I highly recommend this company and they are worth every dime.

Shawn came out quickly after we called late on a Saturday afternoon. We wanted a second opinion after a major AC company in the area came out to "fix' our problem but instead immediately recommended a whole new system. Shaun actually took the time to properly inspect and diagnose the issue which was very minor compared to what the other company told us. He had us back up and running within minutes and helped us find a solution so it wouldn't happen again. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing service! We have 4 kids and our upstairs unit stopped working and it was 88 up there. I called this company first time using them and they answered right away, came out within an hour (late in the evening at that), were extremely informative, honest, extremely reasonable. Our AC is back up and going same evening, kids are happy and we are very happy with their service. Really nice guys, would recommend them to anyone. And I never leave reviews :) because it's hard to be this happy with a company/service here in Florida!

I can't say enough good things about this place! My sister-in-law is out of town and of course her a/c went out! My nephew needed help. We called Robert and instead of charging us for a service call, he walked us through how to fix it and it was up and running in 10 minutes. Great, honest guy.

These guys have been great. They installed a return in my master and a separate duct in my new construction home. My master always stayed a few degrees cooler and they had solutions to fix the issue. They are reasonable and great communicators. Very happy customer !

These guys are great! We came across their info through a recommendation in our neighborhood Facebook group and I'm so glad we went with them. Super easy to work with, responsive with communication, and a quick response in getting our AC fixed. Will definitely use again when the time arises!

I’d leave 10 stars if I could! Our AC stopped working on a Saturday while we had company in town. We called, they came out and had us up in running in no time. The part was something that needed to be ordered but they made sure we had AC until they could get back out to replace the part. They came back and replaced the part, serviced the AC and were back to functioning!
Three things that really stood out to us:
1. Customer Service - You can tell they truly take pride in their work. Not some massive company out to steal our hard earned money. Even wiped their feet before entering our home.
2. Not once was I scared into buying a new unit. Our unit is older and every other company I’ve had out, says I need a new unit ASAP, most other companies look at the age of my ac and disregard everything I’ve said. I know it’s older….I’d like to make it last the best I can. But when we are ready, I’ll only be calling Solutions Heating and Cooling.
3. Pricing was very reasonable. Like I mentioned earlier, I did not feel taken advantage of one bit.
