AAA came out quickly, was able to resolve my issue on their visit and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous.

I’ve worked with AAA Modern on several occasions. I recently had the please of working with Jed for a service call. He was like a friend, not a salesman. He was able to quickly diagnose my ac issue that turned out to be electrical and not an actual issue with the ac and took the time to show me the issue and give me some tips on how to get the electrical issue resolved. I wish every business had a Jed that worked there!

Very professional and polite!! He answered my curiosities and questions. I felt so bad that my ducts were dirty. I'm glad I got it done! For a one time fee, I bought a service plan. If I would've know it was reasonable, I would've done this a long time ago vs paying a "friend of a friend" to come by(which costed me more). I do recommend this company.

My AC loves to go down on holidays. But having AAA Modern Air is never a problem. They call you back and walk you through what to do to try and resolve the issue. When they say they will get you on the schedule the following day, they do! They show up. I've been in South Florida since 1995 and tried the others, and let's just say, their hot wives don't fool me! AAA Modern Air is the absolute best.

Your website says “FREE service call + 10% off with your repair.” On the phone, I was told the service call is only free if I approve the repair—so it’s not a free estimate. I had to speak to two people to get a straight answer. Disappointing and misleading.

Excellent customer service and very fair prices. Got very quick service the same day I called and the employee was very polite and knowledgeable.
He explained what was wrong with my AC unit and sent me a photo which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend this company and will continue with their annual contract.

DO NOT HIRE! Did a standard annual maintenance with AAA, went out of town the next day for 2 weeks and came back to a flooded house. They left the drain pump unleveled and did not accept any responsibility. Tech was on the job for only 2 weeks! I‘m sitting on the repair cost now due to the damage this company caused. I have to replace the complete wood flooring and they don’t even bother. WORST EXPERIENCE!
