Roy was a delight to work with. He was very professional, yet personable and also knowledgeable about the system.

I am glad I came across his business and will continue with him in the future.

It was quick to schedule a visit (in the day after of my call). Roy was very responsive of all my questions and did explain what it should be done (coin cleaning and AC sanitizing; no duct nor vents needed to be cleaned) and advantages of UV light installation. He is very professional with technical and sales skills. Very nice, friendly and on time. I have no regrets to recommend his services.

I had an appointment today with air solution express, which was scheduled a week ago that they never showed up to. I got a confirmation call and text this morning (that woke me up) for them to still not show up. I'm highly disappointed, especially since now they're no longer taking my call to figure out what happened or to reschedule.

Great experience very professional explaining details of job , didn't have to wait long for appointment same day service. Kim in the office got to me immediately with all the quotes for service happy with overall service from the technicians to the office personnel.

I originally got the 79 promotion but was unsatisfied with the work. I made sure it was for 6
Vents the technician only cleaned one vent and he only took like 20 mins and the machine wasn’t even powerful enough to clean vents. Anyway I will never use this company again for recommend them to my friends and family. I wasn’t even given the ac check up.

Waste of time. Time is more valuable than money, but it was a waste of that, too. They hook a big vacuum to ONE duct and run it for 17 minutes. That's it. All the other ducts aren't touched. Yes, they try to sell you the Sanitization upgrade for hundreds of dollars.
Thanks to other reviews, I knew to not fall for that. Didn't touch the A/C unit itself. I specifically asked when making the appointment if they clean the AC lines, and of course I was told they did. Worst part is that I now have to find a competent company to come in and do it right.

I recently engaged the services of Air Solution Express, lured by their enticing promotion offering "Unlimited Cleaning Vents" for $79 However, my experience with the company left much to be desired. It is with disappointment and a sense of being deceived that I write this review.

When I initially contacted Air Solution Express, I was enticed by their promotional offer, which seemed like a great deal for a comprehensive vent cleaning service. However, upon their arrival, it quickly became apparent that the reality did not match the advertised promise. The technicians performed what they referred to as a "Basic Cleaning", leaving me feeling misled and unsatisfied. It was evident that they were not providing the thorough service that was advertised in their promotion.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Air Solution Express to others seeking AC cleaning services. Their misleading promotion and failure to deliver on their promises have left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. It is crucial to choose a company that values honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately, AC Cleaning Company failed to meet these expectations, and I would advise others to seek alternative options for their AC cleaning needs.

I recently had this company come to clean the air ducts in my air conditioning and was advertised on Facebook as a special for $79. At the end of the day I was charged $777 which included an air filter for $255 that I could simply get online for $69.95. I checked and it’s exactly the same size and from the same manufacturer. The manufacturer does not offer custom filters. I called the number of the manufacturer given to me by Air Solutions.
Be careful with this company as they overcharge for their services and certainly for a simple item like an air filter. Shame on you !
I forget the technicians name but he is not reputable.
The shame of it is I am a new homeowner and I was taken advantage of by this company and the technician. The real shame is if they were honest they would’ve had a lifelong customer.
DO NOT trust anyone from this company.

The technician cleaned the vents very superficially. We had to provide him with cleaning solution and a rag. We also have to provide him with a ladder. He cleaned up the ones up stairs but he was adamant of cleaning the ones downstairs. He did it but he was not very happy about it. I would not hire them again. I would not recommend them either.

***I'm editing my response because a few months have passed and I think the service I received may have been sub par. I'm having difficulty breathing in my home.

In recalling the service provided, the contractors asked to use my towels for clean up; which is typically a red flag. Also, they removed the moldy vent covers and asked to clean them in my kitchen sink. I don't think mold should be transferred to someone's kitchen.

In hindsight, I should have spoken up for myself more. I regret not doing more research before using their service. Original service was about 3 months ago.***

These guys are not professionals. They installed my AC unit so I stick with them for maintenance but they are never avaialble to answer calls and I spent 150 to flush the unit but the issue was never that. 3 weeks later I had another problem and I coudn't never get ahold of them.

We highly recommend Air Solution Express. Roy was very helpful & responsive when our ac stopped working! He answered the phone in the morning and was able to work us into his schedule the same day by early afternoon. He quickly identified the problem and was able to get the required part and returned a few hours later to complete the repair. He was great at communicating his arrival by text as well so we knew what to expect. He is professional, true to his word, a pleasure to deal with, and charged a reasonable price. We have already referred him to a neighbor and we will not hesitate using him again!

8/17- I would give 0 stars if I could. Roei H.? He’s is a thief. He coerced me into giving him $200 cash as a deposit and said if I change my mind I get my deposit back. After looking at my finances I called him and told him I’ll accept a refund and book at a later date. He told me to come and find him for the $200. I was in so much shock, he told me that it’s my loss and he doesn’t care. I didn’t know you guys were this unprofessional. Beware of this guy!

Update 8/19 I want to give Kuddos to Princess I believe she is the administrative assistant for this company. She reached out to the owner yesterday and assured the technician returned my deposit. The owner as well as his administrative staff took quick action and resolved my complaint. Thank you!

Roy was knowledgeable and efficient. He went the extra mile for me. I highly recommend him.

Roy the owner is the absolute worst, he took my money and literally did nothing! He was in and out of my house in 5 minutes! Lied that he looked at my ducts! Did not even open, was on his phone most of the time! Do not use these guys!! I’m shocked they’re in business!

Very disappointed with the after sales service

We hired them to paint our ducts as a way to control mold. The work was expensive but we went ahead, especially since they included a warranty for any top up paintwork that might be needed.

We don't live in this unit full time , and they know that we are always on a short timeline for service.

about 1 year after the initial work, we saw mold coming back and parts of the paintwork thinned out .... placed a service call for the warranty re-painting .... they knew we only had 2 weeks and took their time to pass by ....they came (days later) to take a look and said they need to order paint (funny because the first time , they had paint within 30 minutes) .... days passed with no communication. Upon my persistent follow up ... On 2 occasions , they claimed to have vehicle problems but never made a serious attempt to do the work , only excuses.

Desperate , i said that i would write a bad review to which they said they didn't care.

Net result, we had to leave and they did not do the warranty work that was promised.

I regret not reading reviews before giving them the very pricy work.

We’ve been working with Air Solution Express for about five years now, and they’ve been taking care of all our properties since day one. The owner is a great guy, super honest, reliable, and easy to work with. They always show up, do solid work, and keep everything clean and running right.

It’s hard to find a company you can trust long-term, but these guys earned it. Highly recommend Air Solution Express for air duct cleaning and ongoing maintenance.

Scheduling was super easy and convenient. Robert was a great technician and treated my home with care and did a great job of getting the services done quickly but not rushing through it. HMAC has been my go to for years and will remain so!
