My a/c just stopped working so I called Famous Cool Air. They promptly showed up the next day to check and discovered that the drainage pump got all clogged up. They immediately cleared out the drain and said they may have to install a condensate pump if it happened again. And they did, they came back to install a new condensate pump. This will help to drain out the water and the pump will prevent the water from getting clogged up again.
They were very professional, responsive, and provided high quality service.
I would highly recommend Famous Cool Air to anyone who needs to install new a/c or to have your broken a/c repaired.

I found this company doing a Google search because my AC stopped working, he was able to come right away and checked my equipment. Since it was not reparable, he quoted me a reasonable price for a new AC unit, he did all the permits and came with a crane and everything to install it. All excellent service, on time, very professional.

Excellent service and overall experience! Simply put, my ac stopped working around 7pm, I Googled "ac repair in Broward" and choose Famous Cool Air. They were at my place by 8pm. My ac was back on piping cold by 9pm. Will highly recommend!!!

These guys are AMAZING. Another company called Absolut LLC completely messed up a job, and Famous Cool Air came in it minutes, fixed it, and didn't even charge because of how bad the other company did. They're professional and will do what you need.

When Florida gets hot, it is hot. Luckily, Stanley came through. He came the same day we called. Which was excellent. We have a baby in the house and he can not be in a hot house. He was able to explain to my husband his steps and other maintenance things to keep our air condition clean. Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We were super happy that he had the part on hand and was able to give us back air. I fully recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. Man, I can't believe how fortunate we were to find this company.

Great service

I called 3 other companies prior to coming across FCA (two didn't pick up and the last one wanted a $75 "diagnostic charge").

I called "Famous Cool Air" at 8:09AM, Stanely showed up at my house at 8:50AM to "diagnose" the problem. He had prior work orders to attend to (totally understandable) came back a couple of hours later, started working on repairing the issue and in no time we had AC back on.

Stanely, we couldn't be happier with the level of service along with the great value you provided. You are highly professional, on time and responsive.

Never use this company!!!!! Very unprofessional, this guy and came and fixed my AC soon arrival he was very grumpy, it seemed like he didn’t really like his job, I paid the 200$ emergency fee right off the bat! I then had someone else Zelle them for the service and they said they didn’t receive payment!! The next day, a guy came out his soccer jersey, very unprofessional he took the part out of my ac unit while I wasn’t home!!! Later then my brother came and fixed my ac unit and when he opened it there was a note in between wire and it said “ be careful she doesn’t pay” when that is clearly a lie, I even sent them the screenshot of the Zelle being sent! No response! Don’t use this company! Very poor customer service, and very unprofessional!

Famous Cool Air LLC has always done an excellent job on installing and maintaining all my rentals and my house AC units.
Stanley is very nice and professional and make you feel like he cares and doesn’t upsell you .. I’m glad I found them and I am planning to continue using them for all my air conditioning needs.

Stanley arrived on time. He was amazing and extremely knowledgeable about what was going on with my unit. My unit was frozen. And leaking freon. He originally arrived around 5pm and ended up coming back around 8pm after my defrosted and charged the unit back up. He even went as far as offering to. Contact the manufacturer to see if the unit was still under warranty to offset the price.

I needed my AC fixed ASAP. My wife and kids were dying of heat exhaustion. I called and the two technicians came out the same day. They were very professional and transparent on the issue, and repaired it quickly. I will definitely continue to use this company

We called Stanley after having a horrible experience with a different AC company that left us in a really difficult position. Stanley arrived within 30 minutes of our call and saved the day. He is communicative and obviously very skilled and competent. Above all, it was obvious to us that he is an honest and trustworthy business person.
