Called them to come look at a friends ac unit all they could tell me is get a new unit. The sad thing is I told them it is probably the transformer they still argued. So I called another guy he came out he came out and fix it. I asked him he said it was the transformer. So for all of you out there this Mintz guy is no good BEWARE OF SCAMS
