this guy just stopped to help my wife and her co-worker change a flat tire... in the middle of his morning, using all his own tools, and refused payment thereafter. If that's a testament of how he conducts himself, I look forward to hiring him for our next a/c work.

Andres and Rafael replaced our AC unit. They were very professional and courtious, everything was done on time. Everyone in the entreprise, from the owner to the office personel and guys on the field were very easy to work with. We recommand. Bonus: they have french speaking personel.

We have been using this company for the last couple of years, first installing a brand new AC and then servicing the unit. They gave us a very fair pricing on the brand new unit, helped us with the financing, and had it installed in a single day. The service is equally professional, on-time and courteous. High prices! 300$ for 20 minutes of AC vacuuming maintenance from dust. they overcharge customers. they do respond quickly and available same day.

Don´t do business with this company. The charged me triple price for a basic Thermostate I was not at home to check the problem. When I asked to give my money back the refused. I still dont know where is the thermostate they said was not working.

Called them to fix my split AC and they came home the very next day. Fixed and cleaned the unit and now work great. This company install another ac unit at my home 10 months ago and the technicians were very professional and polite. Need repair or ac install at your place do not hesitate to call them. I know now why it’s call : A Customer First AC

I bought a townhouse in Cooper City about 4 months ago, and I had some issues with AC right from the beginning. It was working, but it was making the sounds like it was choking, barely keeping up 76 degrees. Someone recommended me to call “A Customer First AC” and that what I did. I just wanted to say that Nick's crew did an EXCELLENT job in installing our Rheem A/C unit on April 1st in Leslie Condominiums in Three Islands, Hallandale Beach Boulevard. We were given A+ customer service as well and a great and reasonable price, to which we are very grateful. I called because my AC was having problems, the technician arrived and after examining me said it was time to install gas, he asked me how much he should put in because they charge by quantity and I told him to tell me, he is the person who had the knowledge, the service seemed too expensive to me since I had previously quoted it with another company. However, I was forced to agree because my condominium was the only one that had approval. Additionally, they later sent me a quote for 800 for other repairs that should be done on an AC that has been there for 10 years, honestly, it doesn't make much sense.
