Horrible customer serivce, when I called in to ask a few general questions the guy was rude and very impatient, if this is how they treat someone who is going to give them money for the service they offer, I would hate to deal with them if there was a problem after they did the job!!

The repair they did don't work, called many times and get the same store, The Boss will call you back. Unfortunately I paid for the repair. I cannot recommend.

Customer First AC Co. (CF AC) sent a Technician on Fri 3/25/22 to unclog the drain line which was full of water. The technician did not come equipped with a snake to unclog the drain line and only had a small Vaccuum. He tried to unclog using the Vaccuum & pouring a chemical down the drain hose. His work was superficial and he did not have the necessary equipment to completely unclog the drain line.

I spoke to Nick - Owner @ Customer First AC Co. on Wed evening (3/30) to ask for more details RE. their work. Nick said that their technician could not unclog the drain because the main vertical drain line was clogged.  Nick also said their company does not unclog the main drain lines and could not refer anyone who performs this service.

I called another technician who proved that Nick’s diagnosis @ CF AC was incorrect. Only the D107 drain line was clogged at the T junction with the main vertical drain line. Other AC units from apartments above which are also connected to the same main vertical drain line were all unaffected. If the main drain line had been clogged, other ACs above would also shut down, which was never the case. If the main vertical drain line had been clogged, the 2nd technician we called would not have been able to unclog the drain line in D107.

Nick - Owner of Customer First AC was unresponsive to taking any responsibility for the poor quality of the services performed by their technician. We do not recommend & will never call this company for our building in Hollywood
