Awesome service!!!!!! I called, I made the appointment the Service advisor was able to work with my request requested time and date. On the date of service, the technician Aldo arrived, gave me plenty of advance notice when he was on his way. Walked in and explained what he was going to do was very careful to detail, Did not leave a single speck of water anywhere. Stanley Steemer was the best choice I could have done. The agent i spoke to was up front, no nonsense, no hidden fees, nothing. I told them what I needed done. They sent out a worker the next day, gave me an estimate right on the spot, and when I agreed to the price, he started doing the job. Nothing about that I had to wait the next day for the cleaning crew to come out and wait another day. He just went to his van and started to bring in the equipment needed to do the job. He even looked up to see if there was a coupon available for the service I chose. I had stuff to do upstairs so I couldn't really see if he was doing the job right. Turns out, i didn't even have to!! He moved certain items to get to certain spots, he even moved the refrigerator to get to the back of it, something I didn't even ask or expected to be done. The guy was awesome. Stanley Steemer is definitely gonna be my go to guys whenever I need something done, cleaning wise, in my home. Love you folks, and God bless.

Fast, easy & great to work with. Straight to the point, brought the equipment did their job, cleaned up and were gone, like they were never there. Except the carpeting, tile & grout were clean! Great job guys, definitely will use you for our move in the beginning of the year.
