Reviews of local pros in Dania Beach, Florida

Excellent work. Mike and his team were amazing. They are real professionals. They showed up on time and made sure all the work was up to code. Dante was so deligent and detailed oriented. City inspection was a breeze. The office staff is always on top of everything especially Nicole and Shirley. They worked with the HOA to get all the necessary paperwork in order. Phone calls were returned promptly. I definitely recommend them and would use them again.

Great experience all around particularly my Representative Roseann who was very knowledgeable, diligent & helpful with my roof project. I would absolutely recommend Modern Installation Solutions for all of your home improvement projects.

Feel confident in choosing Modern Installation Solutions for your next roofing or home improvement project. They were very informative in the presentation of the products, which would be used and needed to bring the roof up to code. We were given a wonderful description of what the plan would be to complete the roof, if there was a need, for wood replacement, once the old shingles were removed. The estimate given was precise and gave us no surprises at the end of the experience.
The project was completed by an experienced crew, with even the salesman getting on the roof, during several phases, to make certain the progress was developing as planned and discuss our satisfaction level with his workmen.
Our home now has a new face lift, and could certainly weather any storm that comes it's way for many years. All and all, a very professional job, well done!
This is a company, I would hire again when any future home needs a roof replacement or upgrades.

Modern Installation Solutions won my roof project because they offered a great roof system, and had up to date info from the roof manufacturer about the valley system we wanted installed on the roof. The crew was so efficient and quick, and even the licensing process was quick with MIS, for which credit goes to their great office crew. Mike, was not just a salesman, but also the project coordinator, and checked in on the project, spoke to us regularly, and even took pictures from the roof to show us the progress on different parts. MIS also fully financed the project, making it as easy as possible. I highly recommend their work, reliability and level of customer communication!

Mike and team delivered A+ quality work in a short time frame fitting into their schedule. New roof installation was done very professionally! Finished as promised and the roof looks great! They allowed me to make up some time on my project. I will use Modern Installation Solutions again as needed!

I just recently used this company to complete my full roof replacement. I worked with a salesman by the name of Mike R. He explained the process from start to finish and gave us realistic expectations. How the process would go with the work, the city permits and a real time limit. I must say I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism. We love our new roof. Great company but even greater employee.

The crew(s) that have been installing my windows are polite courteous, and meticulous in making sure their is no mess, and that they are minimally intrusive as they go around the house. The office and sales teams have been quick to respond the whole step of the way. This company has got customer service and satisfaction down just right.

Modern Installation Solutions did an amazing job with my HVAC project. The team was professional, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Andrew and Mr. Daniel were great! I highly recommend them!

Great place to do business with. They did an excellent job installing my air conditioner. The job was done with urgency as I without ac. The workers were awsome and left no mess behind. Avi cleaned and sanitized the ducts within 2 days of the installation. I HIGHLY recommend this company!!

Three failed inspections ,wrong measurement for one window and poor communication. I would not recommend this company. The caulking was horrible.

We had our windows and doors installed in our new home by Modern Installation and they did a wonderful job, they worked with our schedules, the did it in time frame they predicted at the beginning, they also warned us about extra time in case they came across any hiccups but everything went as they planned. Fast and smooth. My windows and doors look beautiful! Nicole is the best when it comes to explaining how they work, scheduling, following up and making sure we are happy with the work. Thank you all for the great work you did.

How about having a trailer with lights that work…. About caused 10 accidents in 5 minutes on 95 by slamming on the brakes without lights.

Horrible customer serivce, when I called in to ask a few general questions the guy was rude and very impatient, if this is how they treat someone who is going to give them money for the service they offer, I would hate to deal with them if there was a problem after they did the job!!

We have been customer of A customer first and we would recommend very highly for us is the best company in Broward we give them 5 stars
