Did a good job the first time he came. The second time he needed to cancel. The third time he cancel after the fact, meaning after the time he was supposed to be here had passed. These cancellations were for the cleaning services only. I had a $20 credit with him because the 1st time he came, he didn't have change And when I attempted to claim it he said he wasn't giving it back while naming several reasons as to why not. Bottom line he's good cleaner just give him exact change just in case something goes wrong. Let you be the one oweing instead.

Frank did a fantastic job in finding out what the issue was with our dishwasher. Timely and efficient work at a reasonable price.

We have used Frank 4 different times now for our appliance needs. Most of the time he gets to you the next day. He gives you options to chose from instead of just telling you the most expensive fix. Does great work and really knows his stuff. We won't use anyone else.

After having another appliance installer come THREE different times and not be able to install our dishwasher, I finally called Frank. Frank is provided us repairs on two appliances in the past few months. The first was our range which was having an overheating problem, which he solved. Then we hadn't come back just recently for a problem with our Samsung washer. The water pump had to be ordered so it took two service calls. But we expected that. Frank was very helpful and gave us some good information about the use of the washer which we've had for a number of years and we didn't know how to properly use it. We're now referring him to our daughter for problems with her Samsung refrigerator. Definitely give Frank a call.
