Galaco repaired our Samsung ice maker that hasn't worked in years. Very professional and repaired in a timely manner. Fair price too. I'm keeping his number to repair any appliances in the future. Highly recommend

Frank was great at diagnosing the strange issue with my Bosch dishwasher. He found the part and returned promptly this morning. This is the fastest turnaround I've ever experienced with a vendor. I'm now happily washing the piled up dishes. Thanks Frank!

I've used Frank and his team for my washer, garbage disposal, and A/C condenser, and A/C main unit. He was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. His price was extreamly reasonable for every service call I had for him. He is my go-to man for all my appliance repairs. I highly recommend him

I saw that Frank was in my neighborhood, so I called him and had him come over to diagnose my warm freezer. He discovered it had a Freon leak and tightened the collar where the leak was coming from and also inserted sealant to stop the leak. He recharged the system and now I have a freezer again. Not cheap but cheaper than a new Fridge!

The guests at one of our vacation rentals were complaining about the noisey washer. I called Frank and he was there within few hours. He could have charged me for a new water pump but did NOT!!! Instead he cushioned and stabilized the vibration. So the guests are happy (see photo) , I saved money. and I have a new HONEST plumber. ... THANK YOU Frank!

On September 17, 2025 I placed a service call to Galaco Appliance Repair Plus, our cloths washer had stopped working and needed to have it fixed.
A gentlemen named Frank responded to the call and came to my house in a few hours. Frank took a look at the washer and after evaluating it decided that it needed a new part, he suggested that I pay for the part and his labor at that time, I agreed and gave him a check for $375.00.
A few days later Frank returned to the house apparently with the new part, he worked on the washer for a while, he said it was fixed and left.
Next day the washer was still not working, so I called Galaco again, now Frank said it needed a different part and had to order it.
Frank returned with apparently a different part and spent about 2 hours trying to get the washer to work, it didn’t work.
Frank then admitted that he might not be able to fix it but wanted to try another part, the third one, and asked me to pay half of the new part, and if that didn’t work, he would give me a refund. He said he would be back on Tuesday October 7th between 2-3pm.
Frank didn’t show up for the October 7th appointment, this would have been the 4th visit to my house trying to fix the washer and 21 days since he responded to my first call.
At this point I sent Frank an email indicating that I was no longer interested in his services and requested a refund for $375.00 minus the service call charge of $95.00, Frank agreed to refund $200.00 in ‘about 15 business days’. To this date Frank is ignoring my requests and no refund has been issued.
On October 9th. I called another appliance repair company, they checked the washer, ordered a part and fixed it on the first try.

Dealt with so much pain from another company for 2 weeks. Frank came out and not only fixed my refrigerator same day, he did it for half the price and explained everything! Amazing company and the attention to detail is beyond!

Very honest , fair and quick repair service! Franke came to diagnose and fix our appliance same day. He charged us half of the cost of what Mr. appliance wanted to charge us. We will be using his services from now on and recommend him to everyone that we know. It’s very hard to find honest companies nowadays who have honor in their work ethic.

My pool heater started tripping the breaker. I had the pool company tech come out and they said it was a bad breaker. They could not find the breaker for two weeks. I called Voltage Electric and Alber was at my house within 1 hour with a new breaker (that could not be found). However, after he saw the issue, it was not the breaker at all but a part fried on the heater itself. Great communication, professional, on-time, and it cost less then the pool company charged me to get the correct answer. I will be using him again.

Albert and company always doing an amazing job. Very understanding, profeprofessional. I had an emergency and was here early the next morning. I recommend him for anything even construction.

Very professional and courteous. I was impressed when they came to my house and fixed the electrical wiring in one of my rooms that was installed wrong from some previous contractors. I would hire Voltage again and recommend them to others. They are that good.

I will call this company anytime I need electrical work done. I called them because the company I had waited a week and a half for, was not going to come out. I was left hanging. Voltage electrical came out the next morning right on time and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them anytime. Great prices also
