Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

We hired Cianci Construction to help us remodel our home not knowing how extensive the job would end up being due to shoddy workmanship from the original builder. The home was gutted - only one original interior wall was left standing. The work quality, work ethic, communication, and attention to detail could not have been better. Bruce was onsite nearly every day during the entire process. He’s reliable, honest and an exceptional contractor.

Cianci construction and Bruce Cianci are 5 star, professional, reliable, trustworthy, intelligent, hard working, knowledgeable, and timely.
They did a complete renovation of a run down dated commercial property and transformed it into a state of the art beautiful yoga studio. I couldn’t be happier with the entire project. Thank you Cianci Construction!

Cianci Construction completed an addition to our house along with a new roof, complete exterior painting and new pool deck. The collaboration and communication between us and Bruce was outstanding and we were always aware of what was going to happen and when. He identified several issues with the existing structure and helped us to remediate them in a timely and cost effective manner. All of his subcontractors were processional and responsive. Cianci was not the cheapest option but for the service and results provided, the cost was more than fair. I would not hesitate to use them again on any construction project.

The Florida Palm Construction team has been such a great resource for me. They are very friendly and extremely professional. Ileana, the owner, is a wealth of knowledge and has set several meetings with me to help personally guide me with our project. They are a quality contractor and I highly recommend them.

Look no further for all of your construction needs. They do it all, & they do it all well. I’m usually a pretty harsh critic, too... :-)

Brian showed up clearly high or drunk to the consultation. Could not stay on topic. Asked for a large deposit without paperwork. STAY CLEAR

Highly recommend. Exceptionally easy to work with, work quickly, on time every single day, and they do quality work for a fair price. Beautiful result.

Brian and his team remodeled my kitchen and did an amazing job. I will be recommending him to all my friends!!!

We renovated an old building in Hallandale, and everything was above and beyond our expectations. They worked with us to allow for our business to move in in the middle of renovations, they sometimes even opened and closed our business, their laborers are very nice, and they do quality work. Highly recommended.
