Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

I don't know where to start. Advanced Roofing and Construction is the best roofing company ever. I have to express my heartfelt appreciation to Yaniv who made the process seamless and he gave us a very good price with no hidden charge. He definitely put me at ease. Yaniv is the owner and he met with my husband and I and was very professional and honest. He explained the process in details. He took control of everything from the HOA , permit, inspections and he had an amazing team who worked hard and very clean. I am very happy and I want too extend my sincerest gratitude for the exceptional service. I am wishing Yaniv continued success in his roofing business and will definitely recommend his company to my neighbors, friends, families and anyone I meet

Advanced helped renovate both units in a Lauderhill duplex we manage. I didn’t get a specific staff name, but the entire crew was organized and quick. They tackled kitchens, flooring, light repairs, and a roofing patch in just under two weeks. Communication was steady, and the job stayed on track. They cleaned up well and respected our timeline. Both units looked sharp for showings and rented quickly. No complaints, no surprises. It’s the kind of service that keeps projects on schedule and stress-free.

When we needed a commercial flat roof replacement for our property in Hollywood, Advanced Roofing & Construction LLC came highly recommended. Yaniv and Isaac were exceptional in explaining our options and helping us choose the most durable solution. The project was completed on time, with minimal disruption to our business operations. Their crew maintained a clean worksite and demonstrated strong attention to detail. I’ve worked with other roofing companies in the past, but none compare to the level of professionalism and reliability offered by this team. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in Hollywood or nearby areas.

We wanted to make our Fort Lauderdale home more usable for aging parents who visit often. Debbie suggested adding a bedroom with a connected bath near the main entry. The team moved fast with permits and got the framing up within the first week. Every finish was selected with accessibility in mind. Wider doors, grab bars, no-threshold shower — all done tastefully. It doesn’t feel clinical. It just feels smart and thoughtful. Watching my parents settle in comfortably was worth every penny. We’re grateful to have had a team that understood the goal.

Advanced Roofing & Construction LLC completed our metal roof replacement in Margate, and it’s clear they’re experts in their field. Isaac provided a thorough inspection and a clear plan, while Yaniv answered all of our questions with patience. Debbie and Morgan coordinated everything flawlessly. Oscar’s team was hardworking, respectful, and left our property cleaner than they found it. The quality of the finished roof is exceptional, and we couldn’t be more satisfied. If you need reliable roofers in Margate, this company should be your first call.

In mid-January, I contacted Yaniv, with Advance Roofing & Construction for an estimate to re-roof my house. He came the same day to inspect the roof and provided me with an estimate that same day. He was very pleasant and explained the whole process and what it entails to complete the task.
He answered all my questions and explained them to me in a simple manner, so that I could understand them. I am very pleased with the results, now that the job has been completed.
Yaniv, was very professional, communicative, respectful, and dependable. He was very prompt with taking care of the time delivery of material. His working crew was very efficient in completing their tasks in a timely manner. Yaniv, was also very thoughtful and kept me updated on each step of the job.
Upon completion of the job the original estimate total remained the same, which is appreciated very much. I would recommend Yaniv, wholeheartedly to anyone who is seeking an attentive and professional person.
