The workers were very hard working and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately we had it done over the summer 2024 and it was a very rainy season. There could have been better communication from management. The A/Co was extremely professional and got there work done in no time.

Rainbow Roofing installed a new TPO roof on our condominium building a couple of years ago and we have been completely satisfied with the quality of work and cooperation of Marc Segal in assisting and advising us throughout the process.

Recently I contacted Marc because some plumbing work will be done on our building and workers and equipment will be on the roof. I asked Marc if he would be will to participate in our meeting with the plumbing contractor and he readily obliged. He was able to advise us, and more importantly, the contractor, about precautionary procedures when working on the roof that they would not have otherwise implemented, circumventing any potential damage to the roof.

I appreciate that our relationship with Rainbow Roofing did not end when the job was completed and that they were available when we needed them, even if they weren't contractually obligated to do so.

I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.

The men installing the carpet were absolutely wonderful - quick and so neat. The carpet looks fantastic, it’s just perfect.

NEVER hire Impact Windows with Home Depot.
They have the worst customer service. Rebeca Cedeno, the installer coordinator, is never going to answer your calls or reply to your emails. Jack Stone, the Sales Rep, does not help you after he makes the sale and gets you to sign the contract.
They charged me $1,600 more than the agreement we signed and after almost a month there is still no answer from them on refunding my money. My next step is literally going to the police, and I will probably need to sue HD to get the money back.
On top of that the windows were installed without screens, we already have the final inspection, and they are still promising they will install them later.

I am extremely disappointed with Home Depot’s fencing service. While the fence itself was installed, the job was not completed properly. The installation crew left construction debris behind and at least one old fence post still buried in the ground, despite repeated requests for cleanup.

In addition, Home Depot hired a utility-marking company that failed to properly mark existing lines, which resulted in the crew cutting my main internet line. This caused a complete internet outage for over a week, and during that time no one involved wanted to take responsibility—not Home Depot, not the installer, and not the marking company. I was left to deal with the inconvenience, disruption, and coordination on my own.

Between the unfinished cleanup, poor oversight, lack of accountability, and very slow follow-up, this has been an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. For a company of Home Depot’s size and reputation, this level of service is disappointing. I would strongly caution others to closely monitor the entire process and not assume the project is truly complete once the fence goes up.

Very professional, excellent work. Yaniv was a pleasure to work with always returned calls immediately. Best price, took pride in his work and had excellent staff .Yaniv goes over and beyond totally involved in every step . I have already recommended him to 3 friends that were so impressed with him and very pleased as well. I highly recommend him . I feel best decision I made . My roof came out gorgeous .. I rate him and his company a 10 plus!
