Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

I’ve had two interactions with Yaniv. The first was I was told I needed a new roof by a contractor. That caused me to get numerous quotes up to 30k. Yaniv shows up and says I have ten years remaining on the existing roof. I then contacted previous owner and they verified the installation date. I of course kept Yaniv number for the future. I just had a roof vent go bad. A day later Yaniv and crew did a beautiful job replacing it at a fair price. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing and Construction of Plantation Florida!

After years of putting it off, we finally decided to remodel our bathroom in Pembroke Pines. I’ve had nightmare experiences with contractors in the past, but these folks changed that. Needed some general contracting work done on a house I inherited in Sunrise, and Debbie was quick to get everything scheduled. What impressed me most was their honesty. You can’t fake that kind of transparency. Work was clean, solid, and they stuck to their timeline. I’ll be calling them again.
