Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

Rainbow Roofing solutions did a great job in replacing my roof. No doubt, it was the best decision to hire them.
They were always so professional and showed that they really cared about my 100% satisfaction.
Now my house looks beautiful and it is safe as well and this is because of Rainbow Solutions.
Their staff was outstanding during the whole process and I always was informed of all activities including permits, progress, etc.
I have to thank Marc and Betty for this, you were crucial on this process.

I was delighted with Rainbow Roofing. Marc was super helpful, fast and ready to answer all my questions. I had a leaking roof and after just one call, his crew was out and ready to do the repair quickly and with no back and forth negotiating. He sent me many photos of the progress, including before and after pictures to help me feel comfortable with the repair when it was complete. I am so pleased with the service and the work. I used Marc's company not once, but twice, and would highly recommend Rainbow Roofing Solutions. Thank you, Marc!

Rainbow Roofing is extremely professional and quick to respond. I had noticed a leak in my roof the day of the tropical storm. The Team at Rainbow Roofing were able to come out the next day, diagnose the issue. They returned shortly there after to complete the job. They provided plenty of pictures before and after the job. Kevin and his team are super responsive throughout the process handling any questions I had. Strongly Recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Rainbow Roofing Solutions. Kevin Segal and his team have proven their expertise and professionalism on two occasions. Firstly, the installation of a new roof for my Palmetto Bay residence was exceptional. Their attention to detail, timeliness, and service surpassed my expectations. The fair and reasonable pricing was an added bonus.

Secondly, their impeccable work on a roof repair for my Pinecrest residence solidified my trust in their abilities. The consistency in exceeding expectations across different projects speaks volumes about their commitment to quality.

I wholeheartedly recommend Rainbow Roofing Solutions for any roofing needs. They have earned this testimonial through their outstanding service, installation prowess, and fair pricing. You won't be disappointed with their exceptional workmanship.

We just got a metal roof installed with Rainbow Roofing and it was an amazing experience! Kevin and his team made the whole process easy and stress free. They are professional, punctual, organized, and very efficient. Kevin answered all of our questions and always made himself available when we needed help/guidance. I highly recommend!

Highly recommend Rainbow Roofing to any homeowner. From start to finish we had a great experience. Thanks to Kevin and Marc!

I highly recommend Rainbow Roofing! I recently needed work done to ensure my homeowners insurance would be renewed. Marc and his team not only met all of my needs, but also exceeded expectations. They promptly identified what was needed and came up with a plan. The quote they provided was beyond fair and unbeatable. The men doing the work were kind, efficient, and clean. I cannot say enough great things about Rainbow Roofing and the experience I had. I know I will be recommending them to all of my family and friends!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rainbow Roofing! First of all, Marc, Kevin and the rest of the team are phenomenal people that truly care about the service they provide. I called them to address a leak I had in my home and they were responsive right away, they came out the next day and took care of it They let you know what to expect in terms of timelines, pricing etc. A few weeks later they did my entire roof which needed to be replaced. They took care of the paperwork, permit, inspections, etc. I didn't have to lift a finger. Their entire team was punctual, high quality work and materials and we couldn't be more greatful and thankful for them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Rainbow is a 5 star roofing company. A1. Always keeping the customer informed. I have been a home owner for over 30yrs. During that span of 30yrs I have had many home repairs and upgrades. Rainbow was if not the best company definitely one of the best I have ever hired. I recently had my roof replaced by Rainbow. If you are considering replacing your roof call them.

We recently had our condo building's roof replaced by Rainbow Roofing Solutions, and they did an exceptional job. The team was efficient, professional, and minimized disruption to residents. The new roof looks great and is of high quality. They did a great job! Highly recommend their services!

A number of neighbors and I in our townhouse development hired Rainbow to clean and recoat our upper roof membrane and also clean and recaulk the gutter opening. Work was completed in a timely manner and appears to be well done. Workers took pride in their work and were overseen by a manager who completed a final inspection. A reasonable price for great service, and always happy to support a local business.

Responsive and Knowledgeable crew. They resolved my issue and did the job very well and cleanly. They Also did more additional work that I didn’t ask for as a courtesy

Rainbow Roofing did an excellent job applying silicone sealer to my roof and taking care of other issues. They are an honest, reliable company company and I highly recommend them to others that might be in need of roof repair or roof work in the south Florida area.

I had an excellent experience with Rainbow Roofing, who have recently completed a roof replacement project on our 4 story, 80 unit building in Deerfield Beach. Problems will always rear their heads in any major job; it’s just a question of when. A totally unexpected rain squall created a bit of havoc one mid February afternoon. The quality of a contractor is always apparent in how they deal with that problem. Rainbow dealt with air conditioner issues, with plaster repair, and did everything they could to satisfy difficult unit owners. And the job itself appears flawless, and passed it’s warranty inspection quickly and easily. They did their best to maintain sanitary conditions during the job with daily cleanups, and communicated with me frequently as to scheduling and other information that I needed to share. I am happy to give them a full and unequivocal recommendation.

If you want a company that EXCEEDS expectations, does QUALITY work, and RESPONDS when you have a question, choose Rainbow Roofing Solutions. My roof was put on 7 years ago, when I had it cleaned, (3 times), the workers remarked on the quality of the workmanship, telling me, I've never seen a roof put together so well. Check them out. YOU deserve the best, choose Rainbow!

I was in need of a new roof - interviewed 3 companies and by chance saw Rainbow roofing truck - took down the number and called - made an appt and Marc showed up on time and even climbed onto the roof, walked around and we discussed options & potential obstacles. I received a quote within days. After accepting the quote was told I should expect about a 3 to 4 month wait (tile supplier lead time) - I followed up with Marc as time got closer. Rainbow set a date to start - they were on time and worked straight through -1 week old roof off; 1 week new roof on. Cleaned up, inspected and then Marc personally followed up. The other 3 companies were not as thorough as I expected and were quick with a price but no follow up. I would recommend

Rainbow was extremely responsive and communicative during the entire process. They were very fast to respond and did excellent work on our roof repair. Highly recommended.

I don’t like dealing with construction, but I had to replace my old roof. Rainbow made it easy. Kevin communicated consistently and walked me through every step. I was worried about the mess afterward, but they did a solid job and left everything clean. The roof looks great. Thanks, Kevin.

Even in bad experiences I reframe from leaving a 1 star. Unfortunately, having experienced so many issues with Rainbow Roofing, and now several issues going unresolved along with including the Association Attorney. This will be one of the few 1 star reviews I leave. The communication has been sloppy, the contracted work required and needed was unsatisfactory. The Association spent nearly $300,000 for a new roof and now getting the round around for several leaks and now being investigated by the manufacture. Unfortunately sometimes we do not want to take responsibility and it makes it easier to blame others (especially when sending sub-contractors. This is one of those cases. Now we have to involve the Association's attorney so that Rainbow can be held responsible.
