Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

I work for a Facility Maintenance company and these guys were able to handle a last minute after hours project I presented to them. They were efficient, communicative and gave a fair price for the last minute work. I will definitely use them again!

I reached out to The Trusty Handyman on Monday the 8th around 4pm from one of my phone lines to get some work done around my house. They asked me to send pictures and a brief description of what I needed, which I did at 4:25pm that same day.

The next morning, Tuesday at 11:34am, I followed up for an update. They replied a few minutes later saying they were working on the quote and would be sending it shortly.

That was the last I heard from them.

The lack of communication and follow-through with a potential client really stood out to me. I understand companies get busy, but a simple update goes a long way. Because of that, I’m giving them three stars.

Our stunning new kitchen is completed. Working with The Trusty Handyman is a unique process, from the initial visit to our home to the completion of the project. We were carefully guided through design, products selection, and scheduling. The craftsmen and professionals who worked in our home were knowledgeable, talented and polite. Great experience from start to finish. The remodel was done on time and within budget. The attention to detail was far superior to any contractor I have used. We have found Jorge Tomasini always responsive and a pleasure to work with. We were always notified about who and what was coming when. Thumbs up for The Trusty Handyman! We would definitely recommend them.

Juan and the entire team he brought to my project were fantastic. They showed up early every day and finished a complicated kitchen remodel in just four days. The team cleaned up every evening after finishing the day’s work and kept in constant contact over text and phone calls. Their pricing is reasonable and I will DEFINATELY be using them again!

All I can say is WOW!

Juan and his team took our vision and turned our laundry room into another beautiful room in our house. The BEST quality workmanship and extremely communicative and flexible with scheduling.

Juan, Andreas, Oscar and the tiling team are hard working, highly talented and passionate. They are very attention to detail oriented and we are grateful!

Thank you so very much!!!

Called The trusty Handyman to do some partial demolishing and patchwork to some of our exam rooms on a Wednesday and by Saturday the job was done and completed. They did an amazing job. Jorge and staff were every responsive. Would definitely recommend them.

We will definitely be calling the Trusty Handyman for many more jobs in the future! The responsiveness, accuracy, and timeliness to complete our last minute mailbox install was incredible!! The attention to detail to ensure the correct placement and materials was so very comforting! Thanks for your services and being so wonderful to work with!!

We highly recommend this team to anyone!Fabricio , Roberto, Angel & Alain did an incredible job on our son’s playground from the ground up literally! We had them lay down tarp, install a boarder, build a playset, a see saw, a trampoline and a bench and then fill the entire area with playground mulch! They completed this is 2 days and worked Christmas Eve up until dinner time to make sure the project was completed to the best of standards as promised to surprise our son for Christmas! They will make sure everything is to your standards and will make sure everything is completed the way you desire it which was so reassuring for us with such a big job. We had to change a few things in our plan due to timing and Mother Nature digging up such a large area but they communicated everything and are even coming back to finish one side of boarder we ran out of since our plan changed a little on the perimeter and the flooring. I very much appreciated that. Their communication was incredible from Jorge who I worked with from the start to delegate the entire process and assure me it could be done…the billing and the scheduling team were very easy to work with as well they all communicate. They truly run the business professionally and everyone is very kind. Would use them again in the future ! Thanks again to this team for making the project come to life, it was a very special Christmas morning surprise!

The The Trusty Handyman was recommended to me for some projects in my home, and I am so happy that I called them! Jorge was very professional, offered a reasonable quote, scheduled the work quickly, and was in constant touch with me and the project manager/ team. Communication was excellent throughout the process. They removed my popcorn ceiling (which is a very messy thing to do with a person living on the premises), repainted the whole townhouse, replaced my sliding patio door, and completed several other projects in only 2 weeks. The work is beautiful and they left the house clean and in excellent shape. When I noticed a small issue the night they finished, they sent a tech immediately the next morning to fix it. I will call them again when I need more work done, and I highly recommend them!

We had such a great experience with the Trusty Handyman. We hired them to do minor repairs in our home first, and then hired them to renovate our master bathroom. Jorge, Fabricio and the entire team were all wonderful. They were professional, courteous, responsive, and completed the project within the timeline they provided. We will absolutely work with them again on any repairs or renovations for our home.

I recently had The Trusty Handyman install a 14ft soffit over my kitchen cabinets and improve the vent ductwork. They were amazing to say the least. Professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled. Juan gave me an estimate the very day I called and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Finished my difficult job in only a day and a half. Look no further, these are the guys you want to help you with any home project you may have. No wonder they have so may five star reviews!

The Trusty Handyman handled my projects efficiently and expediently. He cleaned up afterward leaving my house in pristine order. I definitely recommend them if you’re looking to have projects completed.

Trusty Handyman provides excellent service and repairs. They are prompt and responsive and can handle almost any repair job. We recommend them to all our condominium clients and they are all very pleased.

Setup an appointment for the next day and trusty installed 4 wall storage panels and a mirror in prompt time and reasonable cost. Couldn’t be happier. thanks

Very professional! Javier, Connie, Luis from this contractor did a great job. They provided a reasonable quote and were easy to communicate with. They were willing to work with us to get the job started by accommodating tenant’s schedule. The repair and painting of the damaged ceiling was done professionally and the unit was left clean. We appreciate very much their professionalism, expertise and great customer service!

I don’t have words to describe the excellent service this company provides! They are professional , transparent and humanized. They remodeled bathroom, kitchen and took care of many repairs in my new house in a record time! Thank you so much Jorge, Luis and Connie (representing the whole team). You are the best!

I had a great experience with the Trusty Handyman company. Working and coordinating everything with Javier on my kitchen and countertop. The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was done with care and attention to detail. They were professional, reliable, and completed the job on time. My kitchen looks amazing, and the countertop came out exactly how I wanted. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely recommend Trusty Handyman to anyone looking for honest, high-quality handyman services.

The Trusty Handyman was amazing. My bathroom looks great! Everybody was really nice. They kept everything neat and clean. I will definitely, without question recommend them to friends and family. I will be calling anytime I have a project. Thank you!

We have used Trusty over the years for several small projects and repairs around the house. The quality of their work on those projects gave us the confidence to engage them on our bathroom renovation project. The communication from our project managers Fabricio and Luis throughout the project was great as they kept us informed and made sure everyone’s expectations were on the same page. Their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied customers was top notch. Angel and the crew did an excellent job and we are very happy with their work. Trusty really does live up to the name. It shows in how they treat their customers and it shows in their work.

I was extremely pleased with the excellent quality of work this company did in my home. In addition, Fabricio, Yasmani, and Waltdisney were so kind and respectful. I recommend them 100%!

I needed an emergency ceiling drywall repair done over the weekend. After calling at least 9 vendors, a couple of who said their technicians don’t work on weekends but promised to see who would be willing to come out on Saturday to do the repairs, I never heard back from them. All of this began Friday and Saturday morning. One of the vendors I had called The Trusty Handyman, left a message and forgot about it reached out to me by text on Saturday morning. Javier Promised to see what could be done and let me know and he did. A team was pulled together and the work scheduled for 6pm the same day, drywall replaced, and came back Sunday as promised, on time, to paint. The finished product is EXCEPTIONAL, Javier’s assistance, understanding and word was gold. I will never used anyone else for handy work before reaching out to The Trusty Handyman first. EXCEPTIONAL truly EXCEPTIONAL.
