Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

I have used these guys four times in the last year to replace my floors, toilet, vanity, and drywall due to water leaks. They do an outstanding job with the work! Juan and Javier were always available for questions and to help me understand what is needed and why. They provided different options for materials based on my budget and finished the job properly and in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend The Trusty Handyman for any home repairs you might need.

I am so glad I found this company!! Juan is very professional and responsive every time I need an electrician. He makes sure every job is done correctly and with integrity. It’s hard to find people you trust to do a good job for a reasonable price - I’m forever grateful for Juan & his team! Most recently Javier and his men did amazing job upgrading our electrical box - thank you for everything! See before and after pics…

Not Happy 99.00 just for a quick estimate..

Ultra Construction & Remodeling did a massive job. Responsive, kind, and flexible, they made sure to meet our needs, even as they changed after the beginning of construction. Our house was completed on-time and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We really appreciate this work and look forward to working with them!!

I'm extremely happy with the results that I had with Mike and his team. I used their services for: replacing carpet with laminate flooring; electrical changes; drywall repair; painting; and furniture assembly. Mike was reliable, helpful, and offered fair prices. He gave me terrific guidance on many household items that I had been making a running list of for the past almost decade! And he was consistently communicative--which I really appreciated. I will absolutely contact him with any further home improvement needs.

I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and willingness of Mike to please the client. We had a problem and their team came out and rectified the situation quickly. We will definitely be recommending Ultra Construction & Remodeling to all of my friends and family.

We discovered a flood in one of our home and immediately called Mike at Ultra Construction & Remodeling. Within an hour two trucks arrived and started the remedial clean up limiting damage to the property. They communicated well and kept us in the loop as to how they were proceeding with the clean up. They showed empathy and compassion knowing that this was one of our residents homes. We will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Ultra Construction & Remodeling has impressed me greatly. Despite the fact that my service call for water mitigation occurred during the Thanksgiving holiday, they responded very quickly. They were in charge of the coordination of activities like insurance and plumbing. I'm glad I was referred to and would definitely use them again.

Great and honest company! Did my whole house rewire without a hiccup! Will surely use Marquets for all my electrical needs!

Marquet Electrical is the real deal. They arrived early and fixed my light for a reasonable price.
Thanks to Marquet Electrical Corp!

Working with Opzioni Design Inc was a true game-changer. Jeannette and her team transformed a property that had been sitting on the market into a space buyers instantly connected with.

After the staging, the home felt elevated, inviting, and aligned with today’s lifestyle — and it sold shortly after with strong interest.

Professional, detail-oriented, and truly talented. I highly recommend Opzioni Design Inc to anyone looking to present their home at its best.

Great Design company to work with.
Jeannette is great to work with. She understands all the needs of customer and has great taste.
Will definitely recommend to my friends.

I have been working with Jeanette since before Covid on many different projects to my home. I would highly recommend her for her creative spirit, her working within your budget , and her honesty and integrity. Her wealth of vendors makes the process that much easier.

Very pleased to endorse Jeannette and her talented team for their amazing home design and execution. In my case, she transformed a brand new, upscale (but not very sexy) condo into a statement piece for which several other condo owners followed suit. Italian kitchen cupboard upgrades retrofitted to existing cabinetry provides a stunning look for the price. Jeannette’s tastes in wallpaper are exquisite; the play of colors and textures gorgeous and engaging. Soon after we contracted for a second property makeover (electrical/ lights, plumbing, plastering, wall paper/paint, and furniture) and once again the results are breathtaking! Jeannette is super professional, wonderful with which to work, and delivers on time & with budget.

To know Jeannette Gonzalez from Opzioni Design is a pleasure and working with her is next level. Recommended her to two dear clients of mine and the feedback I received after the jobs were completed were simply phenomenal. They loved her attention to detail and her insistence on delivering on time and on budget. The results were both gracious and vibrant, exactly what clients had in mind. Life is better when you work with a caring professional, her expertise comes from years of dedication to the field on Interior Design. Will recommend her again in a heartbeat. Elena Lauter

Choosing an interior designer can be a daunting task, but working with Jeannette Gonzalez made the entire process an absolute joy. From the very first meeting, it was clear that Jeannette was committed to capturing our vision and making it a reality. She listened to our ideas, lifestyle, and preferences, ensuring that the final design truly felt like our home, only elevated.

Jeannette's creativity is remarkable. She introduced innovative ideas and elegant solutions we never would have considered on our own, while respecting our initial concepts. The collaboration was seamless as every step of the way felt like a partnership.
