Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

First, I want to thank Randy and Jose for doing a tremendous job remodeling my duplex. The original contractor I was going to use gave me a price without any drawings or talks of permits. I then went to get a second quote, and I found MagnaCon. From the start, I was met with professionalism and impeccable communication. They walked me step by step through the whole process. They would send me emails constantly, informing me of the project's status. Jose and Randy would return my phone calls and emails in a reasonable time frame if I had any questions. One of the biggest perks of going with MagnaCon is having them work with the City of Lake Worth. I live in the historic district, and the city was very strict with the specs of my remodel. Let's say the city seriously lacked communication. I have to thank MagnaCon for constantly following up with the city. This project would have taken months longer if it was not for Randy and Jose. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high quality work.

As a former General Contractor in the residential construction industry, I must express my admiration for Jose’s exceptional professionalism. His meticulous attention to detail, punctuality, and willingness to accommodate various schedules, materials, and personnel have consistently demonstrated his reliability and adaptability. Jose consistently demonstrates teamwork in every project he undertakes. I wholeheartedly recommend him for any remodeling or construction projects that require exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative approach.

Working with Magnacon Group has been an absolute pleasure. Their work on remodels is consistently top-notch. Communication with the President, Jose, is always professional and responsive. In Florida, finding a contractor this reliable, trustworthy, and GREAT is truly a gift. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with them is in excellent hands!

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Jose Ramos and the MagnaCon Group Construction team over the past year, and they’ve been nothing short of amazing. From clubhouse renovations to full apartment remodels, Jose and his crew handle every detail with care and professionalism.

What really sets Jose apart is his attention to detail and genuine commitment to service — something that’s hard to find in construction these days. He’s hands-on, communicates clearly, and makes even the most complex projects feel easy.

We couldn’t be happier with the results and are already looking forward to working together on future projects. Highly recommend Jose and MagnaCon Group for any size job

Jose was awesome from the beginning! He came as scheduled and promptly followed up with project estimates inclusive of materials. When I opted to go with other/more expensive options, he backed that out to update our quotes, told me exactly what needed to be ordered in detail and picked up materials that couldn’t ship on the planned timeline. The team was efficient, Jose checked in often and kept tabs on the projects (2 bedroom floor replacements and 2 full bath remodels). There were no surprises when it came time to pay invoices and we love our new spaces!

We will definitely use them in the future.

Very professional has everything that I need ready to go

Bruce personally came out to my home and he was very professional. We have been looking for a solution to a problem in the home and he was easy to work with and helpful!

Unfortunately they want legal contracts and $800 just to provide a ballpark figure for a basic addition. Other contractors don't need legal work and a hefty down payment just for an estimate. We had to pass.

We have done several projects with Cianci. Very professional, easy to work for and the end product is always spectacular! Maggie Barrett - Southern Coast Ent.

The company is professional, proficient, and nice to work with. We worked with an amazing contractor, and the vendors were pleasant to deal with. I appreciate the organization and the updates provided during the process of the buildout. They really helped us create a beautiful store and we are extremely pleased with the results.

OUTSTANDING Knowledge, Expertise and Professionalism. I had a question/problem and googled my question. A very comprehensive and thorough article came up from Cianci Construction. I called this company from the article and spoke to Bruce, the owner, whose Professionalism, Expertise and "Old School" work ethic was extraordinary! Check out this website/business for your General Contracting and Building Construction needs. I absolutely had a 5-star experience!

From start to finish Bruce was there to assist with everything. The initial timeline was followed and the end result passed my expectations. It was great to work with a professional and honest contractor (which seems to be hard to find these days). I will absolutely work with Bruce again for my next construction project!

I had the opportunity of working with Bruce recently on a high-end project as a supplier of bathroom plumbing fixtures. He and the PM handled every aspect of the job in a professional manner and it was a pleasure doing business with them, Cianci Construction is highly recommended!!

I called Cianci Construction when I learned I had a water leak and mold issue that was insurance claim related. I had already dealt with 3 prior companies without resolution. The owner, Bruce Cianci, answered a lot of my questions and educated me as well. Even though Cianci Construction ultimately does not deal with the issues that I am having, Mr Cianci made it a point to refer me to a company that can do the scope of work that is needed for the remediation. I would definitely refer Cianci Construction for your building needs as they seem like an honorable and trustworthy company even though I was not able to use their services at this time. I will definitely use them for future needs!!

I have known Bruce Cianci for over 10 years and he is very professional in every way. He's always been there to lend advice, or give a referral to an associate of his that specializes in whatever skill set you are looking for. He is a contractor that you can truly trust. He works on solid business principles and always does a fine job. I recommend him for whatever type of project you've got in mind.

I spoke with Cianci Construction to help prepare for purchasing my first home and renovating it to fit modern standards. Bruce walked me through the entire process and provided a lot of helpful tips to look out for when I actually pull the trigger and finally build my dream home. I will definitely be using them in a few months when I do it, and I recommend you do too!

Bruce Cianci provided us with the architectural and building services needed to complete two big projects. In addition to constructing a pool pavilion that needed to mirror the style of our southern coastal home he added a patio with a complex roof design that had to be adapted to the multi-layered roof that existed on the original 1959 house. He also worked closely with the designer we used to make sure the end result of the outside work matched that of the inside of our house. The results were perfect. Both structures look like they we part of the original design. The projects were challenging given the building codes and easement restriction but the end product is spectacular. We would use Bruce anytime for future projects.

Bruce Cianci of Cianci Construction gave a wonderful presentation to our garden club with great tips and ideas to keep our landscapes and the exterior of our homes prepared not only for the hurricane season, but maintained all year-round. There are common upkeep items that one may not necessarily think about doing that Bruce discussed that can keep both much more protected year-round. Bruce was an excellent speaker and shared his experiences and gave us resources to review as well. He has a wealth of information that he shares. I highly recommend his presentation to groups and organizations. It's well worth it and we learned a lot. Thank you Bruce.

We have worked with Bruce and Cianci Construction for several years on various projects. He is by far the most organized and efficient contractor that we work with! His attention to detail and prompt responses make the project flow with ease. Highly recommend Cianci Construction!

Bruce Cianci of Cianci Construction is nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! He recently completed a multiyear project of demolishing a 60 year old home and building us a new home from scratch. I had heard all the nightmares about building a home. However, our experience was a dream, culminating in our dream home. From start to finish, it was a pleasure. He did what he promised and much much more. He was always true to his word and I never felt that he did anything that bordered on self-dealing. I felt like my trusted brother was building my home. The quality of his subcontractors and his supervision of them was fantastic. I was provided with monthly statements outlining the work completed and detailed billing. There was no "wing it" type of billing. Lastly, he stands by his work even after the project was completed dealing with some small issues. I cannot recommend a finer professional.
