Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

I was having issues with my floor because of older floor joists in parts of my crawl space. I’m so glad I found Bob and Adam. Bob came out on a Saturday, looked at the problem areas and called me from the crawlspace to be sure he was at the right area. Other people that came out didn’t even bother doing that. On the day of the actual work, the team arrived on time and cleaned up properly before leaving. They kept me up to date on the progress of the work throughout the day too.

Their craftsmanship was top notch. I’m so happy I found them and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

Great company. Excellent customer service!!!

Highly recommend Adam for construction projects, he is an expert in his field, and handles every client with professionalism and care!

What I like about this company is they show up on time, do a great job, and clean up afterwards. I spoke with Adam about a project; he was very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand them.

My husband and I recently hired Gunite Construction to remodel an area of our house. Adam came out quickly to assess the work we needed done and gave us a very reasonable quote. He was able to fit us into their schedule and begin the work right away. Adam and his team showed up on time daily and did an excellent job. They cleaned up after themselves and even managed to finish the work ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Gunite Construction.

From start to finish, working with Kenny and his team was a pleasure. I first had them install recessed lighting in my daughter's nursery. I loved the result so much, I had the same lighting installed in my bedroom as well as had them replace a fan. I also had an exterior door that had damaged hinges and wouldn't close - Kenny took a look at and fixed that as well for me. Kenny is helpful, friendly, and kind - just what you want in a contractor. Pricing was more than fair as well. Highly recommend!

So incredibly impressed with the work done! Couldn’t be more thankful for the hospitality snd results.

Extremely pleased with my floor. Kenny is gold. Will be doing our bathroom next with him. He's a family man and it shows.

We are so happy with our new pool, clean deck and summer oasis. Kenny and his team also upgraded our kitchen, and used left over tiles to finish our bathroom. Gave our home a fresher newer look and feel. Definitely recommended.
