Constraction reviews in Davie, Florida

Sonart Construction did a great job installing our new windows. The team was professional, quick, and everything looks perfect. Very happy with the results!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This company turned our home into a nightmare. They left our attic a literal tinderbox—exposed wiring right next to fiberglass insulation, creating an obvious fire hazard. They completely failed to waterproof the bathroom, which caused massive water damage. We ended up having to rip up the entire floor in our 1,312 sq. ft. house because of their negligence.

In the kitchen, they knocked down a wall and then didn’t even bother to reconnect the ventilation plumbing. Now, our entire house reeks like a hamster cage from trapped odors and water damage—and nothing gets rid of the smell.

When I tried to raise these issues, the Owner, Ziv, screamed and cursed at me until my hands were shaking. The level of unprofessionalism and hostility was shocking.

This company left our home unsafe, damaged, and unlivable. If you value your safety, your sanity, and your home—do not let these people through your door. I tried to give 0 stars but it wasn't an option. One star is too many.

Very professional crew! Ziv and Sean were excellent in communication and giving me updates on the progress daily. I got a new bathroom in 6 days!!!! I asked them to finish in a week since i was on crunch time and they finished a day earlier! The work is exceptional. I am very satisfied!

Sonart Construction did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen. The team was professional, detail-oriented, and the results are beautiful. Highly recommend!

We recently completed our kitchen remodel with Sonart construction and could not be happier with the results. From the beginning, Steve (project manager) listened carefully to our ideas and provided expert recommendations that made the space both functional and beautiful.

The cabinetry is solid, well-built, and the soft-close hardware feels premium. We chose quartz countertops, which not only look stunning but are also incredibly easy to maintain. The layout was redesigned to give us a much larger prep area, and the new island with seating has already become the heart of our home.definitely recommend Sonart construction! Thank you so much ☺️

Great experience with Sonart Construction! Steve was our project manager and made the bathroom remodel easy and stress-free. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were outstanding

I had Sonart Construction build my new house, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, the team was professional, transparent, and detail-oriented. They helped me through the design process, kept me updated at every stage, and made sure the work stayed on schedule. The quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding—the finishing, the layout, and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Sonart Construction turned my vision into reality, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or remodel their home.

⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give zero stars, I would
Hiring this contractor was a nightmare from start to finish. The bathroom they delivered is so poorly done that I feel like I need to redo it entirely. They rely on subpar subcontractors with no professionalism or craftsmanship.
• Overpromise and underdeliver: I had to stay on top of every detail myself, doing the job the contractor was hired to manage.
• Unreliable: Never kept appointments or confirmed schedules. The only time they showed up on time was to collect payment.
• Unsafe practices: At one point, a subcontractor was cutting concrete inside the bathroom with a gas‑powered tool, filling my entire home with smoke. I had to intervene to stop it and argue just to get basic protections like tarps in place.
• Poor management: Subcontractors openly complained about not being paid, and I even had to send one home myself because of unacceptable behavior.
• End result: Substandard work that does not reflect the money spent.
Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this contractor.

Sonart Construction completely transformed our kitchen into a space we love spending time in. The team was very professional, offered great design suggestions, and paid attention to the smallest details. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and delivered exactly what they promised. The quality of the finishes is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any kitchen renovation!

Brad andJuan and did an awesome job of explaining how Solar can save me money. They were able to answer all of my questions and more. They were very knowledgeable and looking forward to our next appointment.

I only work with Zion, the owner of the company, and have had a positive experience overall. We encountered a few hiccups along the way, particularly with the subcontractor AA Glass, who was horrible. However, Zion addressed the issue promptly by firing them and using his own team instead. Every problem I raised was either fixed or is in the process of being fixed. Zion is a very nice guy, and I will definitely do business with him again.

My neighbor Jeff recently hired this company to replace all his windows and doors. Initially, there were a few issues with the installation, but the company promptly addressed them. The end result looks fantastic, and Jeff is very pleased with the quality of the work. Their responsiveness and commitment to making things right were impressive. Overall, it seems like a great choice for window and door services.

Optimum Contractors replaced my roof and did an outstanding job. The work was precise, clean, and completed on time. The team was professional, courteous, and always available to answer my questions. I’m extremely happy with the results and highly recommend them.
