She scheduled my job the very next day. Her staff were professional and on time, and their pricing was very fair. in my opinion, this company overdelivered. The most recent mold training was a highly enjoyable learning experience. Gary Rosen was the trainer who presented, and he successfully engaged our attention and guided our thinking. He is to be commended for his ability to engage his trainees in this way, for doing so can encourage each learner to “think outside of the box,” which is a critical skill to use when working in this field.

Gary and crew were amazing. They showed up each day right on time and did work quickly, efficiently, and appropriately. Everything was done well! Linda and her whole team were great from start to finish. First, she helped me by recommending an inspector and explaining everything they’d do to test for mold, and explained what was likely going on (my cats all getting asthma) would trace back to my AC ducts. Following the report, which confirmed I had mold in my AC ducts, she gave me a rough estimate and then had guys come by to look at all my AC ducts and confirm the estimate. They also hired an AC contractor for me so I didn’t need to find one. Throughout this process I had many questions and she always responded kindly, quickly, and thoroughly. It was great as a woman to work with another woman closely as well. The actual remediation took place and I swear these were the most on time and prompt group of people I’ve ever had work on my house. I left a lockbox for them and they put the key back and made sure it wasn’t visible every time they left. My house was fully covered to protect all my surfaces and was completely clean when I returned, probably cleaner than how I left it lol. And the best part is of course that the follow up lab tests confirmed I don’t have anymore mold! I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

Gary and Linda were extremely helpful and responsive after we had received a mold report with recommendations that seemed extreme and inappropriate. They put my mind at ease, and I felt happy to engage their services. In the end our property sold within 24hrs of meeting Gary, so we didn’t proceed with the remedial work. Both Gary and Linda had been recommended to me by a trusted friend.

I called the phone number I found on their website on a Saturday afternoon and Linda promptly answered all of my endless questions. The support I had from her was priceless. She helped me with everything, from how to fill out the application to answering science related questions. Gary, the professor who teaches the class, is a very knowledgeable person and explained concepts very clearly. They both love helping students. All thumbs up!

Gary and Linda are top notch in my opinion. The training is great and definitely helps you ace the test but I was baffled by how available they are to help you with any questions or issues you have getting started. I'm glad I searched through multiple sites to find out where to get my license (not easy to figure out how to get certified thanks to DBPR). I'd recommend them to anyone and everyone interested in getting their Mold Assessor or Remediator license in Florida.
