This was a small job. Every company I called gave me the "this is too small" price quote. Thousands of dollars for 4 square feet of work. Voda, particularly Sandra, was the only company that listened to what I needed, and responded accordingly.

I attempted to clean the items but the heavy odor and pet stains was not only penetrating through all of my efforts but now my pets were losing their ability to not react in a certain way. I own an Airbnb in South Florida. My tenants for the weekend called me that the washing machine started leaking everywhere and had reached two bedrooms soaking the carpets. I didn’t know what to do so I ran to Google. Thank goodness I found Voda. I quickly checked their reviews and decided to call. Sandra answered and after I ranted, she put me at ease and that they’d arrive within the hour. True to her word, they arrived at the 43 minute mark. They had a heavy duty van there that sucked up the majority of the water. The team was professional and they didn’t waste any time. They left some equipment for a few days to dry the property. Thanks to their quick response I was able to save the carpet and not have to remove walls. I appreciate them so much! I hope to never have this situation ever again, but if I do, Voda is now saved in my phone.

Sandra & the Voda Team did a great job helping us when our condo had a mold issue. They went above and beyond to help in every way possible, as the HVAC went out, there was a small flood & mold was growing into a lot of the linens and wicker furniture.
