It's one of the best landscaping companies

There is no obvious sign showing where to enter the office.

We live in the gated community « Pembroke Isles ». The HOA decided to go with Dynaserv. I rarely leave a bad comment but this needs to be known...
They do come regularly but when they come they do a very poor job! They mostly use cheap zero turn mowers with aggressive tire threads which leaves bare spots of soil every time they turn. They use these mowers in even small areas where a lot of maneuvering is required leaving the area unsightly and full of spots. The operators mostly hang bored in their seats. The blades are unsharpened which just rips the grass and leaves the grasstips yellow. When they edge they do so with zero care even cutting communication cables. They do not properly blow leaves or maintain areas that are not directly visible from the curb although contracted to do so.
They also carelessly spray grass killer or weedkiller leaving ugly bare or yellow spots on the lawn instead of skillfully using weedeaters.
Yet, a good point is, they were relatively quick to clean up the debris from Irma but that’s about it.
I had lots of opportunities to see them work. A lot of their workers don’t care or are so annoyed with their job that it is simply aggravating to watch them. Multiple efforts to ask for propper maintenance wether it was with DynaServ or our HOA were fruitless.
Although all residents here pay $300 per month in association fees which includes maintenance we do not get the service we agreed to with the HOA or is promoted.
I recommend to anyone or any HOA really evaluating different landscaping companies before choosing Dynaserv!

I've done business with DynaServ for about 5 years now not really had any problems till now, done job in October still not received payment. Now come found out that its gonna take at least 60 days to get paid starting January 1st. Contractors going to take a big hit. I'm done if they can't do any better.

Horrible service they provide, they don’t even do what they say they do

This review is regarding our first service with On Demand Pest Control. We were a Terminix customer for years and recently switched over. First, our tech Johnny texted to let me know he was on his way. He was on time and very courteous. I was impressed with the attention to details. In addition to spraying inside, he took care of the outside, removed a wasp nest and the spider webs all around the house. I am impressed! Highly recommend. Do not waist your money with Terminix. On Demand price is lower and their service way higher of anything I’ve seen on the market.

Amazing service! After calling five other companies with no luck, they were able to come out the same day. Ray was so polite and took the time to explain everything, and Mitch was very thorough and careful with my property. I truly appreciate how professional and efficient they were.

Just swapped over to this company, they came out same day. Marcos was our tech and he was friendly, efficient and answered all our questions. Very happy with the initial service, time will tell how effective the treatment is at keeping the pesky roaches away.

Johnny came by and sprayed the entire house. He was pleasant and respectfully answered all my questions. All the technicians from On Demand that have come by over the years have been great.

Dean was extremely thorough, careful, and sanitized my door knobs he touched. He thoroughly explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. He gave me adequate notice before arriving. Extremely professional and personable. Thank you Dean.

Cris My exterminator showed up today to exterminate my bugs. I had a lot of questions for him, and he answered all of them very professionally that Guy is a keeper. If I was a company I’d give him a raise and not get rid of them if he’s very good believe me you want on the main pest control and get Chris on your house to do the job because he doesn’t want a hell of a job and I like to thank the company for sending them
