Logan and Jon were incredibly knowledgeable and polite during their visit to our home. We highly recommend their services. Logan sealed off all areas after having a new tile roof installed to make sure it stays free of any rodents. Jon also came out to secure the roof again to make sure there were no additional sections that needed sealed. Jaime was also very informative as a sales rep! From start to finish On Demand was extremely efficient with appointments.

Nick is a very nice guy!! He is super informative about the pest am experiencing. He also knows what I should do going forward. He makes suggestions and options on products and services the company could provide for other pest.

We’ve been using on demand for several years now to do our routine bug treatments and they’ve been great. JR came for an adhoc treatment today and was professional, asked about the issue we were having so he could address it properly and did a thorough application. He was a pleasure to work with!

Today was my first time using On Demand, so I had the big initial visit and was very impressed. My technician, Dean, was extremely thorough, taking the time to show me everything he was doing and explain it as he was doing it and even sealing an opening under my sink for me when I told him I was worried bugs could come out of it. I was a little nervous switching to On-Demand from a big-name exterminator that I've had for over ten years, but after today's visit, I feel confident that I made the right choice.

Jon and his apprentice, Joe were very professional. Explained their process and next steps for prevention in the future. Also reminded me of the follow-up appointment in 2 weeks. 5 STARS and highly recommend their service.
