The neighbors at our condo did a little remodel and all of a sudden we had an insect invasion. I hadn't dealt with roaches and insects since i was in NY. I called On Demand and they sent JR, he was very professional and informative. He was able to find the places they were coming in from and sealed and treated those areas. On Friday morning I saw what appeared to be droppings from drywood termites in my cabinet. I sent an online inquiry about a termite inspection. I received a call within 10 minutes, and by 130 that afternoon Bill came by to do a free inspection. Bill was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and polite. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and provided a synopsis of possible treatments. I wish salespeople in every field would present in this manner! I can't comment on the treatment because we have not scheduled it yet, but the pricing is fair. When we pull the trigger, it will be with On Demand.

Called OnDemand on Thursday afternoon as I had a Roach issue and Mathew came straight out to condo. Next morning 9am Jon arrived to deal with the problem. Super fast response. Roach flush out with two visits, next one in 2 weeks. Very happy and both nice to work with. Cheers!

OnDemand has been our pest control since 2024 and we have been pleased with their services and maintenance with our home. Customer service satisfactory, knowledge and any questions you have they will answer. On top of it all, it’s affordable and effective for the price! We are new renters for the first time in our life as we move to Florida. We quickly realized we had a roach infestation in our new rental and our cousin suggested for us to call on demand. She said they were the best and the nicest and she was absolutely right Marcos was so incredibly professional, gave me a text prior to arriving so I could finish preparing. He started off my spraying the whole exterior of the house all of the interior and came to the kitchen and sprayed and gassed it even opened all of the electrical outlets . He was happy to answer all questions most importantly made me finally feel better like we’re able to find a resolution for this problem!! Looking forward to seeing him in two weeks literally 10 out of 10.!!!
